Hey Pat! First, THANK YOU for having the courage to know that real estate is a people business and with this comes the responsibility of dressing in a way that allows for people to build trust. As a Sales and Marketing coach in this industry in particular (Real Estate Sales), I am a MASSIVE advocate for well dressed agents; men and ladies alike. ❓How do I dress for job interview❓ 👉 In ANY buyer consultation or listing presentation you MUST wear a suit, tie is optional but highly recommended - even if your client shows up in a tangtop and shorts. Why? Becasue you're not there to "match" what they're wearing, you're there to show them that THEY will be well represented with someone like you leading them through big desicions. And there's A LOT more I can say about this - but for now, just go with this. ❓How do I dress for normal everyday work as an Real Estate Agent❓ 👉 This is highly dependant on location, weather and honestly, your style. Here's a good rule of thumb - FOLLOW ALL THE GUIDELINES that RMRS put in place - you're already ahead by being herer, to be hoenst! But, here it is... ✔️ Look and be approacheable from a business perspective ✔️ Look at yourself in the mirror and ask: "If I dress like this, would someone let me marry their Daughter" If the answe is YES - you're good! LOL 😜 🎯 I'll give you one last tip, all REAL Top Producers in Real Estate Sales understand one thing... They have mastered their BPM... Their Branding, their Presence and their Marketing... It all starts on how you dress and present yourself - dress for the role you WANT not the one you HAVE. BPM is all about a "Personal Brand"... But for us in the real estate sales business your personal and business brand go hand in hand... because It's about building TRUST and trust is built with Authenticity!
