Don’t wait!
I know everyone likes to get after it on New Year’s Day, but there’s no rule that says you can’t put in the work AND enjoy yourself. After a crazy total body circuit I did outdoors in a straight up snow storm, I got in my non-negotiable daily walk. All this was done BEFORE I allowed myself to mow down the beef ribs my brother in law & I smoked. Bottom line, I’d urge you to make it a point to show urgency with your goals in 2025. Don’t make the mistake of delaying action or negotiating your way out of doing what you need to do to achieve your goals. The momentary comfort you gain from doing this is NOT worth it! Toughen up! Make 2025 the year that discipline takes over your decision making. LET’S GO!!! Hands Up…KEEP FIGHTING!!!

@Jake Weaver With ya! Consistent “diet” is tough for me as well. Staying focused more than ever in 2025! 👊
Wisdom From the Trainer of the GOAT
Anyone that is in the pursuit of greatness knows that there’s an invoice that must be paid on a daily basis to achieve it. This cost, and the willingness to pay it regardless of what it comes at the expense of it, is the largest obstacle in the way of most people achieving it. Tim Grover, the trainer of in my opinion the two greatest hoopers of all time (MJ and Kobe - in that order), famously said that the price that both of these two was never too great. They were OBSESSIVE! Some might say to an unhealthy level given how it may come at the expense of their WHY, but I’d argue otherwise. I’d argue that success WAS their WHY… Their ability to without question leave it all on the court provided them one extremely valuable and important thing in life. NO REGRETS!!! Can you say that? Can you be honest with yourself and say you’ve given it your all? If not, then what are you gonna do to remedy that and go for broke from this point forward? Regarding this sentiment, Tin Grover famously was quoted as saying that “if you think the bill you pay for success is high, wait until you get the bill for regret!”… Leave it all on the table and die on empty!!! Stay focused…Stay Inspired…Stay HARD!!! Hands Up…KEEP FIGHTING!!!

I Need Your Suggestions...["Insider Program"]
Hey guys, as we grow here, I think it's important for me to stay true to my roots of fostering growth in the gym, kitchen, and in life as possible. With that said, there's only so much of ME I can offer up before it takes me away from my own "WHY".... With that said, eventually we're going to have a separate "INSIDER" Skool page that offers everything we've been doing together here from Day 1, but with extra access to me as your coach. Think of this as insider coaching portal that grants you access to not just accountability and tips like you'll find here, but 1-on-1 access to coaching calls with me, daily workouts, access to ALL of my existing kettlebell coaching programs, and "extras" that will further advance your physique in a fun/engaging manner (all while helping stick to a tight time budget).... The existing Skool page will continue to pump out solid daily tips/content without change, so don't worry about that. This new page is just the next evolution of this movement we've built. I admit, this won't be for everyone, but it WILL BE for those looking to take the next step and get laser focused and dialed in. It's gonna be coming your way in early 2025, but before it does, I need to know from you, what things would you like as an insider FROM ME, to really get you pumped about the prospects of being a member? Chime in below...

@Gerald Balsam good luck!
My PERSONAL Split
A lot of you have asked me via message what type of split I personally use, and although I don’t think just because I use this it means YOU should, it’s something that has definitely worked. So heres a glimpse of it written in my exquisitely awful handwriting… Remember what I always discuss on top of what you see here. You gotta prioritize balance, intensity, variety, and most importantly CONSISTENCY if you want your program to yield solid results. Another thing to remember, life happens and I won’t ALWAYS get to follow this daily program. Some days I lack the time to have a dedicated core lift and some days I can’t lift at all. On these days, even if I’m only able to a set of pushups to failure, I’ll always do SOMETHING. Because as I always stress to you, SOMETHING is always better than NOTHING… Enjoy the weekend, brothers! Hands Up…KEEP FIGHTING!!!

Thanks for sharing Coach! Similar split here rotating the main lifts and accessory work like you. But, I lift 3x week (the last 3-4 years I find the extra ‘recovery’ works well for me). This takes 9 days to get thru all 4 lifts instead of a week. Lifting on Sun/Tues/Fri with an optional KB & Calisthenic Circuit on Wed (typically 3x month) and same on Sat (rarely miss this). Mon & Thurs are active recovery days (vest walk, easy bike, etc). In addition I hit mobility 5x week minimum (even if I only have 5-10min for it). Do I always get ‘PERFECT’ sessions in on Sun, Tues, Fri… heck no, but like Coach said, come hell or high water, I will get something in… CONSISTENCY is KING. Stay after it brothers! 👊
Single or Double Kettlebell Work???
I’ve been going the garage gym route for over 7 yrs. now and refuse to ever look back. Although the initial investment was big, I’m SO glad I made it given the cumulative amount of money I’ve saved (no gym fees) and the personal freedom it offers me. That said, it does leave me kinda out of touch with how most people train and what they have access to. That said, I’m curious…Do most of you guys have access to multiple (or ANY) pairs of kettlebells like me? Or are you stuck with singles? Answer on the poll and I’ll cater more to what most of you are looking for… As a side bar, if any of you are looking to invest in some more kettlebells, I’ve got a discount code from my sponsor Kettlebell Kings if you’re interested. Let me know and I’ll send it to you…

I’m with Coach, made the decision to go “Garage gym” long ago and love it. Been utilizing KBs in my training for quite awhile now… over time (+20 years) I’ve obtained pairs of (in lbs) 18s, 26s, 35s, 40s, 44s, 53s, 62s, 70s, and one 80. Fortunate to also have a power rack, Safety Squat Bar, Trap bar, Dip & Chin, TRX… I’m actually quite spoiled 😳
