Hey Nicky, I just read your nail diseases ebook and it is AMAZING! I'd love to know/some examples of appropriate ways to refuse service and encourage clients to see a doctor. I have refused services before due to greenies; however, some of the other conditions I'd feel abit rude telling them to see a doctor and possibly making them worried 😅 Also, is it possible you have an editable copy of the chart on page 16? I'd love to include some pages so I can refer to it, but it'd also be handy to show clients too. Thank you xx
