Volka
也歡迎參觀過頻道後,在下方留下你的感想😁 讓大家可以讚一下你的留言~ A Great Way to Learn English: Comprehensible Input – Channel Recommendation: Volka Today, I’d like to introduce a YouTube channel called Volka:👉 https://www.youtube.com/@VolkaEnglish His videos are designed based on linguist Stephen Krashen’s Input Hypothesis. According to this theory, if language materials and the learning environment provide enough comprehensible input, learners will naturally acquire the language structures they’re ready for. When it comes to improving grammatical accuracy, comprehensible input is considered more effective than direct grammar instruction. His videos are like real-life English shows, making it feel like you have a personal tutor right next to you. He explains everything while performing actions, so it’s very easy to understand what he’s talking about. Through visuals and real-life context, you can remember and learn English more effectively. It’s perfect for those of us learning English as a second language!

歡迎在留言區分享你的接地儀式,或你想嘗試的方法 🙌 *本文為參考該ig貼文修改 🌱 Grounding: The Most Overlooked Superpower of the Human Body 👉 Flowers, trees, animals—none of them wear shoes.Their paws, roots, and wings are all in direct contact with the Earth, water, or air.But us? Since rubber-soled shoes became popular in the 1960s, we've slowly disconnected ourselves from the ground. Modern humans are becoming more and more “ungrounded”:Easily anxious. Constantly tired. Struggling to relax. What I want to say is simple—It’s not that you lack energy. You’ve just been unplugged. 🌿 What Is Grounding? Grounding is the practice of physically reconnecting with the surface of the Earth. It can be as simple as walking barefoot on grass, touching the soil, hugging a tree, or lying on the sand. And it’s not just about feeling good—it’s supported by science: ✔️ Helps the body discharge excess static and energetic buildup ✔️ Improves sleep quality ✔️ Calms the nervous system and reduces anxiety ✔️ Reduces chronic pain and inflammation ✔️ Increases feelings of presence, balance, and inner calm 🧠 A Simple but Powerful Reminder: We are not machines. We are part of nature. The Earth is not just where we live—it’s also a source of life-giving energy. 🤲 Now I’d love to hear from you: Do you have a grounding ritual or habit?Do you walk barefoot on the grass? Hug trees?Or maybe you’re just beginning to explore this connection?
