🚀 Road to 6,000: Let’s blow this community up!
Guys, we just crossed 600 members! That is huge, but we are just getting started. Do the math: If every single one of us invites just 10 fellow VAs, we turn this into a powerhouse community of 6,000 overnight. 🤯 Why invite others? As a Virtual Assistant, your network is your net worth. More members mean: • More referral partners for your skill set • More diverse skill sets to learn from. • A stronger community to lean on. Let’s grow this together. Grab your invite link and send it now! The goal? 10 members for every member!
Alright! This is awesome!
This is why 90% of Virtual Assistants never get interviews.
Be honest— How many jobs have you applied for with 𝐧𝐨 𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐭 𝐚𝐥𝐥? 👀 Here’s why 👇 Your resume is your 𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐨𝐨𝐥, not just a file. If it doesn’t look clean, balanced, and professional, it has already lost points. ⚠️ The ATS filtered you out in seconds. Here’s what’s hurting most VA CVs: ❌ Messy or dull layout ❌ Listing tasks instead of results ❌ A weak career summary ❌ Overused words like “assisted” and “managed.” ❌ Wrong keywords for the role you want 🤖 The truth? ATS already decided who you are before a recruiter even looked. If the system’s summary doesn’t sound like you, your CV is underselling your skills. So before you apply again, ask yourself: 👉 Is my CV showing 𝐞𝐟𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐭…or 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐬𝐞? 📌 Save this before your next application
I often don’t even get a chance to reach the interview stage because of my lack of hands-on experience. Most agencies or companies tend to prefer candidates who already have practical experience. But that doesn’t discourage me. I know rushing things can lead to mistakes, so I focus on taking one step at a time and building my skills gradually.

These are very helpful tools, I have familiarity with other tools except for Jasper AI & Otter AI. For Dropbox and Docusign. I have tried and test it once.
VA THOUGHTS
A client keeps changing instructions after work is done. What would you do?
Honestly, that usually means he has a lot of ideas and just needs help organizing them. I would list out everything and confirm it before I start. If he changes something after, I just go over the updates with him, figure out what’s most important, and adjust accordingly. It keeps things clear and avoids doing the same work twice.
🌟 Helpful Tips for Virtual Assistants 🌟
🔮 Growth & Adaptability - Learn from feedback: Treat every correction as a chance to improve. - Experiment with formats: Try newsletters, quizzes, or visual storytelling to keep things fresh. - Stay flexible: Adapt to different platforms, cultures, and user preferences.
I'm a course hoarder; I'd like to gain knowledge. Sometimes I do self-study and ask Chatgpt to provide practices so I can practice.
