I went to my PCP and my OBGYN to get a physical and labs done (FSH+LH, Estradiol, Prolactin, etc). My results came back and everything is normal. She said I “could” be in it but when I told her my symptoms, she said it could be other things so getting labs done for that 😔. I’m at a complete loss and I didn’t get the answers I needed. Now I feel like I was imagining everything 😢.

Hi everyone! I’m 40 from VA but currently in GA. I started having perimenopause symptoms over the past couple of years and didn’t realize it till early last year when it got worse. My doctor prescribed me anxiety meds and supplements but I’m looking into getting labs done and HRT after I visit my obgyn and PCP.
