Hi guys!! My name is Chase ☺️ Super excited to be here! What's keeping me busy right now is holiday travel. I'm spending time in Colorado with all of my family. I'm so thankful to have the knowledge from this course, because it allows me to still enjoy my holiday and not fall too far off track. πŸ™Œ My goal right now is to enjoy Thanksgiving and just be mindful of when I am full so that I don't over eat (too much LOL). Quick tip for my ladies - If you slow down when you eat, you give your body time to release leptin (the hormone that tells your body it's full). So, you'll be less likely to over eat and get that super "stuffed" feeling. ALSO! I keep small fiber packets to drink before big meals - that way my body stores less fat when eating a ton (LOTSSS) of carbs.
