My current goal is to build consistency in my actions, especially around the areas I’ve been avoiding or putting off. What I need to stop doing is overthinking, delaying decisions, and waiting for the “right moment.” I need to move into action sooner, even if it feels uncomfortable or imperfect at first. That shift is what will help me grow into the next version of myself. 🌱🦾

I AM HEALTHY
I have been struggling with eating sweets all my life, but lately, I feel it is getting worse. I genuinely need help because I cannot go a single day without eating sweets. I don't eat other junk food, but sugar has a hold on me, especially when my energy is low and I end up stuck in bed. I am completely ready to take on this health challenge, stop hiding, and fix my biology. I AM HEALTHY, DISCIPLINED, AND IN CONTROL OF MY CRAVINGS.

My goal right now is consistency, showing up daily and taking action even when I don’t feel like it. I need to stop procrastinating and overthinking before I start. I’m committing to action over delay. 💪📍
