@Agueda Nunes Well done Agueda! as long as you exercise for 30 minutes. I use combination of rebounding (nothing crazy) and some indoor walking.
My Sunday Afternoon Thougtsโ€ฆ
You Don't Have Problems. You Have Stories. I heard something recently that really made me stop and think: "You don't have problems. You have stories." The quality of your life is often determined by the quality of the conversations you have with yourself. Think about some of the stories people carry: "I'm not good enough." "I'm not worthy." "Nobody loves me." "I'm not smart enough." "I'm always going to struggle." The interesting thing is that these stories are rarely facts. They're interpretations. Yet because we believe them, we start looking for evidence to prove them right. We notice every failure. We magnify every setback. We dismiss every success. Over time, the story becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy. We call it self-sabotage. But perhaps it's simply a person acting in alignment with the identity they have accepted as true. You cannot consistently produce results that are out of alignment with your wiring. You will always gravitate back to who you believe you are. This is why lasting change is not about trying harder. It's about becoming different. Whether the challenge is your health, your finances, your relationships, your confidence, or your happiness, the question is not: "How do I get rid of this problem?" The question is: "Who do I need to become so that this is no longer a problem in my life?" That shift changes everything. Because it moves you from being a victim of your circumstances to becoming the creator of your future. Instead of saying: "This is just the way I am." You begin asking: "What if I've simply been living inside an old story?" We are creative beings. We have the ability to rewrite the stories we tell ourselves. To change our identity. To create different actions. To produce different results. And perhaps that is where real transformation begins. ๐Ÿ‘‡ I'd love to hear from you: What is one story about yourself that you've been believing for far too long? And what is the new story you are choosing to live instead?

@Carolyn Melnick Carolyn, I can so relate to this aswell. That story that nobody wants to hear what you have to say. I am fighting this limiting belief often. But look at us now. Showing up live, sharing our stories, making a difference. We are already proving that story wrong every single day.๐ŸŒน

@Tamzyn Wegrostek So many of us have been running on that story for years without even questioning it. Your new story is everything.๐ŸŒน

DAY 1 CHECK-IN, START STRONG ๐Ÿฆพ Welcome team. Today is about showing up with intention. Question: What is one thing you want to prove to yourself during this challenge? End your comment with your I AM statement. Example: โ€œI AM showing up for myself.โ€
Comfort Is The Most Dangerous Addiction
COMFORT is dangerous. Because comfort does not destroy your life overnight. It slowly convinces you to settle. You stop taking risks. Stop growing. Stop challenging yourself. Stop becoming who you couldโ€™ve been. And the scary part? Comfort often feels safeโ€ฆ while it quietly steals your potential. Most people are not failing because they lack talent. They are failing because they became addicted to convenience. Growth requires discomfort. Healing requires discomfort. Discipline requires discomfort. Transformation requires discomfort. Every new level of your life will demand a version of you that your comfort zone cannot create. Your comfort zone might protect you from failureโ€ฆ but it also protects you from greatness. The life you want is outside the habits, excuses, and routines keeping you comfortable. Nothing changes until YOU do. I AM becoming someone who chooses growth over comfort. ๐Ÿ”ฅ Here is something to ponder about. 1๏ธโƒฃ What part of your life are you tolerating simply because it feels familiar and comfortable? 2๏ธโƒฃ Who could you become if you stopped letting fear, comfort, and old habits make your decisions? 3๏ธโƒฃ One year from nowโ€ฆ will your current choices move you closer to the life you want โ€” or keep you trapped in the same cycle you keep praying to escape

Comfort is sneaky. It just feels like rest. Until one day you realise you stopped moving altogether.

@Jj Diamond When you stop accepting things by default and start choosing by design, that is when real identity work begins.
