Affirmations for health?
does affirmations help with health? Mitochondria and nerves? Something like I am perfectly healthy strong and vibrant ? Should I practically affirm this through the day? any suggestions? Or techniques to use other then meditation and visualization, already do that.

Always thank God / universe first thing before doing anything else, also do not look at phone for the first hour of the day, after prayer i sit / lay downin silence for 15 minutes, i the. Write 10 things in in notebook that i am grateful for, scripting, reading (some times), do some ealking, the stretch, brush teeth. (The only time is look at phone is to quickly pop in 528hz music on YouTube - usually when I write my gratitude, also wear blue light blocking glasses)

@Jason OBannon missed a couple things jn that comment, I do have a grounding mat, also hydrate first thing in the morning too.
