Proverbs 31
Proverbs 31 was never meant to be a measuring stick. It was written as a recognition of value. In the Hebrew, the phrase “a virtuous woman” is Eshet Chayil — and chayil means strength, substance, capacity, weight. It’s the same word used for warriors and people of great influence. This passage isn’t praising a woman for doing everything. It’s honoring a woman who carries weight well. Her value is described as far above rubies — not emotionally, but practically. She is rare. She is trusted. She is not easily replaced. Her husband’s heart trusts her — meaning she carries authority, discernment, and responsibility without being controlled. She sees what needs to be done and moves with wisdom. She plans. She builds. She stewardes resources well. “Strength and dignity are her clothing.” That’s not something she puts on for others — it’s how she shows up in the world. Her identity is settled. Her value is internal. She speaks with wisdom because she knows who she is. She works with intention because she understands what she carries. Her life produces fruit because she lives aligned. Proverbs 31 isn’t calling women to do more. It’s naming the strength and value that already exists when a woman is fully alive in her design. Not pressured. Not proving. Not performing. Grounded. Capable. Valuable. Trusted. #identity #woman #proverbs31 #permission #epicyourlife #amishmatchmakers #single2married #bydesign #powerful #strength

Proverbs 31
God’s design
Genesis 2:18 is one of the most misunderstood verses in Scripture. Most translations say: “I will make a helper suitable for him.” And somehow that got turned into “assistant,” “sidekick,” or “support role.” But that’s not what the Hebrew says. Not even close. The word “helper” is ezer — the same word used to describe God Himself as our help, our rescuer, our strength. This isn’t weakness. This is power. And the phrase “suitable for him” is kenegdo — meaning equal to, corresponding to, face-to-face, opposite yet aligned. In other words… God wasn’t saying, “I’ll make someone to assist him.” He was saying, “I’ll make a strong counterpart — equal in strength — who can stand with him in the assignment.” This is also the first time in creation God says something is “not good.” Not because Adam failed. Not because he lacked purpose. But because the assignment was never meant to be carried alone. Genesis 2:18 isn’t about romance. It’s about design. Marriage wasn’t created as a hierarchy. It was created as a team. Two people. Different strengths. Same mission. Standing face-to-face. Carrying weight together. That’s not modern thinking. That’s ancient truth. #inthebeginning #genesis #deepdive #epicyourlife #amishmatchmakers #single2married #creation #bydesign #godscreation #identity #team #marriage

I’ve been marinating on Ecclesiastes (my fav book) 3:12–13 .. Right after the passage about “a time for everything,” we’re reminded of something simple… and honestly, radical: There is nothing better than to be happy, do good while you live, and enjoy the fruit of your labor. Scripture calls this the gift of God. This isn’t telling us to ignore pain or bypass hard seasons. It’s telling us to stop postponing our lives. We don’t control time. We don’t control seasons. We don’t get to understand everything God is doing. But we do get to choose how we live within the season we’re in. Joy isn’t laziness. Joy is a DECISION to receive what’s in front of you without resentment. Doing good isn’t performative. It’s how we stay aligned with who we are, even when life feels uncertain. And finding satisfaction in our work? That’s permission to enjoy the simple things — food, rest, effort, provision, laughter — without guilt. This verse is releasing us from carrying the weight of outcomes and inviting us into something healthier: Show up. Do good. Receive the gift. Let God handle the rest. Sometimes the most spiritual thing you can do… is enjoy the life you’ve been given, right here, right now. ✨ #releasecontroloftheoutcome #release #joy #embrace #ecclesiastes #epicyourlife #wisdom #mindset #amishmatchmakers #single2married

What’s in your coffee?? Seriously… what are you putting into your body before you even start your day? What’s in your fridge and pantry? Fuel or fillers? Energy or exhaustion disguised as “convenience”? What’s in your medicine cabinet? Prevention… or band-aids? And lol—what’s in your bathroom? Your shower products, your skincare… Are they supporting your hormones, your skin, your longevity? Or just taking up space? What’s in your audio or physical library? Are you feeding your mind with wisdom, mindset, growth… or noise that keeps you stuck? And the real question: What are you actively doing to support your health—physically AND cognitively? Because everything around you… Everything you consume… Everything you allow into your day… is either bringing LIFE to your body, your mind, your energy— or slowly draining it. Your habits are building something. Your inputs are shaping someone. Make sure it’s the YOU that you actually want to become. 🩵 Pic is some of my favorite products, supplements, tools, audiobook library, and overall physical health and self care choices! #products #selfcare #health #supplements #favorites #epicyourlife #thorne #relyte #totalcarnivore #farmfresheggs #hairphix #youngliving #organogold #amishmatchmakers
