Hey all, I've been struggling with following up with my leads and I know a lot of agency owners here have been too. I spent some time working through it last week, and here's a simple way I solved it for less than $10/m: 1. Go to Make.com and create an account (the cheapest plan is $9/m, but you can use this link to get 1 month free of the pro plan: https://www.make.com/en/register?pc=nicksaraev) 2. Create a scenario that connects to where your leads come in or a database (your website, contact forms, LinkedIn, Calendly, Google Sheets, etc.) 3. Set up automatic messages or emails that go out when someone reaches out - you can send them case studies, book discovery calls, send proposal reminders, whatever you need! 4. Turn it on and let it run. New prospects get instant responses and stay engaged without you lifting a finger. Took me about 30-45 minutes to set up the first time.
