PEPTIDE SPOTLIGHT THIS WEEK- DSIP
I personally love DSIP, but I do think it’s often misunderstood. DSIP is really geared toward improving deep, restorative sleep. This is the stage of sleep that typically happens in the first few hours after you fall asleep and, along with REM, is one of the most important phases. It’s when growth hormone is released and your body does the majority of its repair and recovery. What DSIP does not typically do well is help you stay asleep. This is where a lot of people say, “it didn’t do anything for me.” But the key here is, you really need to know how much deep sleep you’re actually getting to evaluate it properly. When I use DSIP, I track it with my Oura Ring, and for me, my deep sleep increased from about 45 minutes per night to around 1.5 hours. That’s a huge shift in recovery. The other big piece is dosing. Most recommended protocols start on the lower end, which is always the right place to begin. But in my experience, many people (myself included) need higher dosing to really see the benefits. This is one where you may need to experiment a bit to find your sweet spot. If you want to go deeper, I’ve attached a full breakdown for you. You can also find it under the Classroom tab along with all the other peptide spotlights. Happy reading, ladies!

I wish I could take this. It triggers migraines for me. It’s a shame.
GLP cravings
Have any of you experienced MORE of a sugar craving while taking a GLP? I’ve done some damage to this pound bag of gummy bears…. I’m not normally a sweet-craving person.

@Bethany Heaton I noticed it on Reta.
Requesting input!
I am in the cycling off phase for CJC/Ipa. During this time, I have lost muscle mass :( I am looking for another peptide that I could alternate with CJC/Ipa to combat the muscle mass loss. Any suggestions?

@Tara West thanks for posting. I will cycle. I haven’t started yet.
Sensitive Skin on IPA/TESA
I’m heading into week 3 of the IPA/TESA blend and I’ve noticed my skin has been feeling extra sensitive to the texture of my clothes. To the point where it can feel a bit raw. And I've noticed nipple sensitivity like you get when PMSing. I haven’t heard or read of this side effect. Has anyone experienced this or know what it may be from?

@Raquel Monterrey that’s good to know. I just started taking zinc to maybe take the stung out of GHKcu. Not sure if it’ll work. Good luck
