Ok Family and Group, Question; Do I need to have an LLC, or CORP. To start out with from the very start? Or can I do 1 or 2 properties in my name, and then get under an LLC,Or Corp?

Finished my first rehab to day in Cleveland OH. Property manager walks it next week. I’m out of state.
