Good morning everyone....I'm not a virgin anymore....got my very first 2 deals under contract today...or yesterday...Still got a lot to learn, but I've got my feet wet now and I'm ready for more...wwhhhoooooohhhhoooo

Anyone still active in this group..? I've noticed that activity is not up to date and not any responses to my post....I'm guilty myself of not being active everyday...if we are going to get anywhere in this industry...we are going to have to stick together like family and help one another out and hold each other accountable...I've got questions and can't get answers to...I'd rather have them answered here, than having to leave and join another group.... ????? I've always been in construction and have enjoyed teaching others the trades or something within the realm of real estate. I grew up in a hard working family where there was never a shortage of opportunity to learn, whether it was the restaurant business or in construction (home building/land development),...I moved in the direction of construction and have loved it ever since. I've started to put a lot of my training programs in a class on this skool platform and I hope to be able to share it with others as I take what I know and see what can happen in the world of rental properties.
