Debating if Iโm going to Pilates or doing an at home workout todayโฆ Any of you plan on going to Pilates tonight? I met my protein intake for breakfast and lunch! All I have is dinner. Been drinking nothing but water!!!
I ended up messing it up because of a special occasion but im being accountable and adding 2 more days to this challenge. I will still be on day 13 for today and i did a workout plus great nutrition
I danced 4 hrs 15 min; Goals for Carbs: 120-140g, Fat 40-50g, and Protein:110 Note: I added more see photo; hit my water goal; no alcohol; got 11,636 steps.
