@Arnie Pavlik Hi Arnie...What a lovely goal...To help your ex learn to self regulate!❤️‍🩹 Just a consideration for you in light of your desire to reconcile with her...That type of fear and dysregulation is rooted in early life trauma...The SOMA IQ method will definitely help her to access that if she is willing to try some journeys...It may help us tvtwo if you were to consider some conjoint "talk therapy" as well...A very safe and empathic therapist could help her to develop some insight about what influence her history is having on the insecurity that she feels in your relationship...It is likely that she will recognize that her insecurities will be showing up in other areas of life as well...These are very difficult, tender and painful struggles...I hope the future holds healing, love and grace in abundance! (Hope my suggestion isn't offensive to you...no judgement intended🤗🫶.)
Insight
There are so many things to be grateful for. The breath naturally redirects me to this as this is the mechanism by which we live, and it is both unconscious and consciously able to be chosen. I want to make gratitude my unconscious default too. Day 43

@Jessica Amaya-Jimenez Your daily practice is slowing moving out what no longer serves you...You are creating more internal space. Keep telling your brain to fill that new space with gratitude...Keep reminding yourself that you are a very grateful person. Tell your mind to help you see things in each day to be grateful for... You might start a "gratitude journal" that you read before you do your daily practice. 🤗🫶🕊️
