Just Had to Block a Buyer
This is only my third buyer to get blocked for being too stupid to sell to. I am also dealing with an idiot on Poshmark who is accusing me of selling a fake Tommy Bahama shirt. A stupid $20 shirt. If I were going to sell a fake anything it would be for a whole lot more than $20. So, I uploaded the pictures to ChatGPT and Gemini and asked if this was a fake shirt. Asking this question made the AI software prove that it was not a fake. Both came back as authentic except for a button that had been replaced. Still authentic. Today is my day for online idiots.

That's one reason I do appreciate offers and questions on Ebay. It gives you a chance to check the feedback left for others before accepting. They leave a trail of red flags. Problems with most orders. I block many trouble makers before they have a chance to buy.
End and relist hurts long term performance
Reseller โ€œ Tuition Ainโ€™t Cheapโ€ posted this slide from eBay open in Vegas this year. eBay says ending and relisting hurts long term seller performance. ๐Ÿ˜ฉ๐Ÿ˜ซ. She didnโ€™t include eBay recommendation for this but may release a video soon. Anyone else heard this yet or what we should do instead of end and relist?

Clueless in Commerce
Good morning. This morning I awoke to a message of "item not received". As someone new to eBay & reselling, I have no idea how to handle this situation. It was the 1st item I ever sold back in June. On my end it shows delivered. Twice. 2 separate shipments are recorded on eBay. The 1st having been delivered 6/28, the 2nd 8/14. Does anyone have any idea what can possibly be going on? I don't have a clue how to handle this, especially given the delivery anomaly...

if both show delivered just provide shipping tracking to the beay case. it should be resolved in your favor without issue.

This has been the easiest AI workflow
Hey everyone! ๐Ÿ‘‹ Just dropped a recent video on my YouTube channel that I had to share with this amazing community! ๐Ÿ”ฅ I analyzed 5,446 of my eBay sales to figure out exactly which brands are making me money vs. the ones that are straight-up losing me cash. ๐Ÿ“Š๐Ÿ’ฐ Quick highlights from what I discovered: ๐Ÿšซ AVOID these brands completely: - Chaps, Dickies, IZOD, Old Navy, Gap ๐Ÿ˜ฑ โœ… FOCUS on these winners: - Lululemon: $16.89 avg profit per item ๐Ÿ’ช - Judy Blue: $31.38 avg profit per item ๐Ÿ”ฅ - Nike: Reliable volume with good margins ๐Ÿ‘Ÿ โš ๏ธ Be selective with: Wrangler, Lee, Columbia, Carhartt (they CAN work but pick carefully) The best part? I show you exactly how to do this analysis yourself using AI tools - no guessing anymore! ๐Ÿค– This data-driven approach is exactly what's helped us hit almost $1M in sales since July. ๐Ÿ“ˆ What brands have been your biggest winners and losers? Let's compare notes in the comments! ๐Ÿ’ฌโฌ‡๏ธ Hope this helps someone avoid the money pits I fell into! ๐Ÿ™Œ
