If you have a store you should create buyer groups of previous buyers and then market to those groups via coupons and newsletters. This should be done at least monthly but can be done every 14 days. Create sales events for these groups. This can be based on previous orders and very targeted. Create consistent repeat buyers by marketing directly to them. You have already secured them as a customer. Now secure them as a repeat buyer.

I signed up for a store evaluation by eBay. This took place a couple of weeks ago. I will share the results in some posts here. This will be done in a series of 6 posts following this one. You can follow the advice if you wish. For me and my son (who also runs an eBay operation) we have implemented these changes and the results have been immediate. I am seeing serious double digit increases in organic impressions, views and sales. My son is seeing triple and quadruple digit results. The areas of improvement discussed were: 1. Free shipping 2. Returns 3. Images 4. Buyer groups 5. Taking down and relisting items 6. Social media

We've been listing a lot more of the men's Lululemon that we've gotten from both purchases on eBay, and it's been paying off. We've been listing a lot of it on Poshmark, and we are on track to hit 90 sales in 30 days, listing about 10 items a day. Before we start listing more items every day, I want to make sure we sell at least 5-7 a day before we increase the listing goal. We have not listed consistently in over a year since we focused on building up the Whatnot business. But if you're looking to make some extra side income, this should be a sign to you that it is possible. You just gotta be consistent.
