That determines how many projects I need to complete in order to meet my margin goals. It determines what my top line needs to be in order to accomplish my goals. It determines what net profit I will be able to get.

I need more leads. I have enough work force to handle 2-3x the projects I’m doing. When running my numbers, I found that I only need to close 4 jobs/month at my average job size. I have around 40% close rate. So, I need 10 leads/month to hit my revenue/gross profit goals. Right now, I’m only getting 3-5 leads/month. Granted, I’ve only just begun inbound marketing, and pulling my business out of the slump it’s been in for a couple years. I’m getting going again with no capital, only a hunger I haven’t had since I started my business 6 years ago. So, I know I’ll get there. But if I could get there faster, that’d be amazing.
