Oxytocin
Hey Ladies, has anyone tried oxytocin that may have similar traits to me? I am an over thinker, struggle with anxiety… looking for a little calm and maybe a little more patience as a mom? Can anyone speak to their experience with this pep or even another one that felt helpful for these things? TIA

@Paula McCoy I will say, I did another dose of 20mcg a couple days later and had no spotting the day of injection, I did start my period 4 days early the next day though and it was heavier than it usually is, not sure if that’s related or not.
Reta
I just started Rita today. My goal is not to lose weight but to lean down a bit. Does anyone have an opinion on micro dosing at a low dosage? My initial plan was to split 250 mcg twice a week you think that’s enough to start?

So are you saying 250mcg 2x a week or 125mcg 2x a week? Just clarifying what you mean by “split.” I would say you could definitely start there! Both of those are very low options, but worst case scenario, you try it for a few weeks and see how you like it, if it doesn’t yield the desired result you can adjust. I personally don’t want to lose either but want to tighten up which requires(but is easier with a GLP) high protein and lifting weights. I personally am enjoying 500mcg twice weekly of GLP3 and stacking Tesa/ipa according to the protocol on Tara’s sheet. Have increased muscle and slimmed down while gaining about 3lbs but my clothes fit great!

@Carla Nielsen well first of all, I don’t know where you’re buying from, but if it’s from the Peptique, I would definitely order whatever vial allows you to not waste so you aren’t wasting excess Reta. I do think this is a personal comfort decision so follow your gut for yourself, but I usually write the date on every vial and don’t use beyond 8 weeks for myself.
Bac Water
@Tara West will The Peptique be re-stocking bac water? I am hearing some possible issues with research peptides being sold on the same site as bac water so curious if Peptique is experiencing this. Thanks!

Microdosing tirzepatide
Hello everyone! I'm new to the group and I'm glad to be able to share experiences and gather more knowledge. I haven't purchased from Peptique yet but I"m impressed by the quality and I'll make my first purchase next week. I"m from Brazil so it's not that easy to get peptides here but I'm going to the USA in May so I"ll stack up on some goodies! Wanted to share my experience so far with tirzepatide. I'm 50 years old and consider myself to be an optimized person. I have really good body composition, I train a lot, but I felt menopause coming! My body composition changed OUT OF NOTHING and I needed to try something to manage it. So I started using a small dose of Tirzepatide, started at 0.25mg and I went up to 1.25mg on a weekly basis. I LOVED IT! It totally changed my body composition back to what it was in like 30 days, doing nothing differently. Now I"m back to my regular weight and I fit into all my clothes again! So happy with the results. But I'm thinking about continuing to use tirzepatide as a long term longevity strategy. I want to keep a weekly 1mg dose long term. Any thoughts about that?? Is that a good long term strategy? Anyone else also had good results microdosing tirze?

I started with 1mg of Tirz and had a similar outcome to yours. I’m pretty fit but wanted to shed the “fluff.” I hit my goal quickly. So now I cycle it(actually I switched to Reta now but was on Tirz for 2 years). 10-12wk cycles on and then cycle off for 8ish weeks depending on how I feel. It saves money and I still feel good when I’m cycled off.

@Diva Osorio was it worth it… not sure I can answer that yet as it has only been about 5 weeks. I do like it. I have more of an appetite which I like but I don’t really over eat. I may have noticed extremely brief moments of elevated heart rate but barely. I do feel like retatrutide messes with my cycle more than Tirz… I guess I would say I like it better for the phase I’m in now; at my goal weight, not looking to lose but keep inflammation in check and keep hunger signals more regular to fuel myself. I hope that helps.
Retatutride experience
Hello everyone! I am new to the women peptide collective and I wanted to share my experience with retatutride. I started to have perimenopause symptoms 2 years ago and one of them was accumulating fat mostly in my mid section. I started to work with a hormone experts who sent me out for some tests and based on the results I started to use supplements and work more on my diet to help my liver and my gut. This was supposed to help me release some weight. That didn’t work for the weight part. We checked my thyroid and I discovered I have Hashimoto. I went on another journey to try to reverse Hashimoto with supplements, red light therapy and tuning my diet even more (no gluten, rarely any inflammatory foods- added sugars, alcohol, dairy). I spent some months doing that but the weight didn't budge. I have always been active but I have to modify my workout routine not to add too much stress in my body so focusing on weight training. For my diet I also focus on enough protein and fiber. I also started meditation to work on my stress. After 2 years of trying everything I knew of, in January 2026 my husband introduced me to peptides. I never thought of using anything "artificial" nevermind injectable (i am afraid of needles), and after a lot of research I decided to try retatutride. Like Tara always mentions, I started with the lowest dose and incresed little by little (0.5 every week monitoring symptoms). Within the first month I lost 10 pounds. In 3 months I have lost all the way I wanted to lose and I fit in most of my clothes!! I am starting to decrease my dose, and my plan is to keep it at a lower dose (I am on 4 and I want to slowly bring it to 2 as a maintenance for some months and wine off of it by the Fall. I do want to try other peptides to build muscle and for mitochondria health, and maybe the glow blend? I hope this is helpful to you. Thank you Tara for providing this space for us!
