What are you actually using AI for right now?
ChatGPT has just released a new model (5.4), which is another reminder of how quickly these tools are evolving. What I’m noticing is that AI is becoming less about simply giving answers, and more about helping people think things through — ideas, plans, content, even those slightly tangled thoughts we sometimes have. So I’m curious… How are you using AI in your work or business at the moment? Content? Planning? Systems? Something else entirely?

@Michelle Anantua yes to all of this! I use chat every day in my 9-5 and my business. I really do think of it as a thinking partner who never gets tired of my constant questions and reworking things.
🌑 The Gap: The Phase of Building Nobody Talks About 🌑
🌻 Every meaningful project goes through a phase that almost nobody sees. Many people quit during that phase. Not because the idea is wrong. Not because they lack talent. But because they are standing in what I call The Gap. The Gap is the in-between stage where the structure exists internally but hasn't yet taken visible form. It’s the space between the early idea and the moment the world can recognize what you are building. 🔇 It often looks like: - slow thinking - refining ideas - adjusting language - testing frameworks - sitting with uncertainty longer than expected 🫧 During this phase there is often very little external feedback. - No applause. - No obvious momentum. - No validation. ☄️ Which is why many people assume something is wrong. But in reality, this is where the most important structural work happens. - Before the website. - Before the launch. - Before the audience appears. 🌱This invisible phase is where: - foundations are laid - systems are designed - positioning becomes clear - the identity of the builder stabilizes From the outside it can look like nothing is happening. From the inside, everything is organizing. Eventually a shift occurs. The idea begins to take recognizable shape. Not perfect. Not finished. But real. That is when the visible phase begins. Not with perfection — but with form strong enough to hold weight. If you are currently in this stage of building: Nothing is wrong. You are simply doing the part of the work most people never see. 🧿 The phase where clarity forms before momentum appears. And when that structure finally becomes visible, it often looks like success happened quickly. 👣 Momentum becomes visible only after enough invisible coherence has formed. But in reality it was built quietly in The Gap. Aloha, Ann-Marie Question for builders: What are you currently constructing that others can't see yet?

The internal structure of my Skool classroom. Currently it's an idea that I need to put structure to and get it into the classroom. Once it's done it will make a lot of sense, but right now it still lives in my head.

🌸 The Built To Be Seen Summit Is Almost Here
Friends — Brenda here. We’re officially two weeks away from the Built To Be Seen Summit, happening right here inside Skool Scale Camp. The energy in this community is already building. I’m seeing new members joining, long-time members jumping back into conversations, and engagement across the feed going way up. And that’s exactly the point. This summit isn’t just about learning. It’s about showing up, participating, and building real momentum inside the community. 🎉 Good news: there is no registration required. The summit is completely FREE for members of this community. You'll get access to live sessions and recorded trainings from 50+ speakers right here inside Skool. To participate in the summit, you need to reach Level 2.🚨 Why? Because visibility starts with participation. 🔥Successful Skool community owners aren’t just watching from the sidelines — they’re posting, commenting, asking questions, and connecting with other members. So we’re using the Level system to encourage that kind of engagement leading up to the summit.🔥 The good news? Level 2 is only 5 points. If you’re not there yet, here are a few easy ways to get there: ✔️Post an introduction or share what you're building ✔️Comment on other members’ posts ✔️Ask questions or share insights in discussions ✔️Search “Skool” in the community and jump into those conversations A few minutes of participation can get you there quickly. 🎁 The Summit Swag Bag Our speakers have also contributed an incredible Swag Bag packed with tools, templates, and resources to help you grow your Skool community this year. We’ll be sharing more details on that soon. 🎟 All-Access Speaker Pass The summit runs March 30, 31, and April 1, and sessions will close April 1 at 9 PM PST. If you want to watch everything at your own pace — or revisit sessions later — you’ll also have the option to grab the All-Access Speaker Pass, which includes:

I just bought the pass because I know I won't be able to everything I need to see in the 3 days. I'm looking forward to benefiting from this!

Authenticity, Purpose, & Human Design
In a recent post I commented about my community, where I help people discover their authentic self - the person they were originally designed to be when entering this life, and to define their purpose in life. Additionally, I help people apply their authentic self to all areas of their life - what they eat, how they move their body, and connect with people through the various relationships in their life. @Heather Boers and I then began discussing human design, which I compared to the easy button for the work that I do. In my experience, I truly valued the experience going through the process of discovering my authentic self (personal human blueprint) and purpose in life, and found reassurance that when I learned about human design and checked mine, it was exactly what I discovered through my own exploration. While pressing the easy button is, well, easy, I've found it's not impactful in a person's life when they have their own awareness instead of having the answers given to them. Have you had a similar experience where you discovered the answer for yourself instead of someone else just giving you the answer? I equate this to parents telling their kids not to do something hoping to help the kids avoid having to learn lessons the hard way like they did, and yet the kid ignores the parent and still learns the hard way, even though they had the answer! What are your experiences with human design? Have you tried it? How spot on is it for you?

I'm learning to lean into my strategy of respond instead of trying to create out of thin air. It explains a lot in my life.
