30 Day Challenge: Announcing the Winners!
Congrats to all of you who participated in January's 30 Day Challenge to plan out your 2026 so you can build confidence and create a meaningful lifestyle. I was stoked to see you participate, and pleased with how open, honest and self-humbling you were in your assessments of yourselves, and your goals for this year. It was hard to choose a winner. GRAND PRIZE goes to @Travis Whitney - I was impressed with your honesty, the careful consideration of setting realistic goals, and your dedication to valued living. You have won 6x monthly coaching sessions with me 1:1 to ensure your goals get achieved! RUNNER UP PRIZE goes to @Hemi Rainford - dedication to detail and facing the truth about yourself, while balancing the need to be compassionate and understanding with your progress, will lead to a successful 2026. Enjoy 3 months' worth of VIP Brotherhood on the house :) COMMITMENT PRIZE for the people who participated significantly in the challenge, including the non-paying members who were ineligible for the main prizes, I will host a live workshop exclusively for you to come and get your plans critiqued by me (and the other winners) personally, fine-tuning your plan into a masterpiece. This is booked into the calendar (if you can't make it live you can send through your questions for the recording): https://www.skool.com/brojo-the-integrity-army-6491/calendar?eid=cabe5ba00bf84e9393b8ecd45760d47e Winners: @Aaron Frater , @Prateek G , @Andy Wallam , @Jason Stobart , @Egor Titov , @Lawrence Gibson , @Dana R , @Alee Allana , @Carolina Gallon , @Tyler Scott

🔥 Day 9: Design Your Day (Stop Relying on Motivation)
If your day has no structure, your emotions will make all your decisions. We know how that goes! Discipline is doing what you know you should do, instead of doing what you feel like doing right now. Your task: Design: - A minimum viable morning routine (10–30 mins) - A simple shutdown routine at night (The Morning Routine course in the Classroom will help with this). Include: - One physical action, e.g. exercise in morn, stretching at night - One mental action, e.g. meditation in morn, journaling at night - One integrity action (something you usually avoid), e.g. cold shower in morn, quality time with kids at night Post below: Your morning routine plan... and the thing most likely to derail it.

Morning: getting up, having breakfast, showering, brushing my teeth, calling my friend or siblings (they live in other countries and is the only time to talk with them) not using cell phones for social media or games at least during working days (for more than 10 minutes). Night: prepared next day clothe. Back to the bedtime routine 10:30 pm in bed (i abandoned it last year), read 5 minutes minimum and then turn everything off until I fall asleep. I don't mean every day! I wouldn't be realistic because of social activities and weekend schedule change.
🔥 Day 5: Integrity Audit (No Beating Yourself Up)
This isn’t about guilt, it's about honesty and self respect. Your task: Reflect on last year and write three short lists: 1. Key situations or areas of life where I consistently acted with integrity 2. Memorable moments where I betrayed myself 3. Patterns I see repeating that are worth doing something about (i.e. keep or change) This isn't about judging yourself, it's about identifying gaps in your integrity that require attention. Post below: Share one uncomfortable insight you noticed about yourself. Don't defend it, or make excuses for it, or beat yourself up over it. Just observe and identify.

I've noticed something a bit uncomfortable: sometimes I confuse being kind with being a pushover. I have a hard time setting boundaries because I don't want to disappoint people, and it ends up costing me my own peace. Plus, I'll say I'm okay even when I feel terrible. I'm trying to catch myself doing that sooner.
🔥 January 30-Day Integrity Year Planning Challenge
This is not a New Year’s resolution challenge; it's a decision-making and identity challenge designed to set up your entire year (and beyond). 🎯 The Core Idea - Stop chasing outcomes (money, abs, status, approval). - Define a North Star: the person you want to be. - Use that identity to make simple, binary decisions every day: - Integrity = behavior that consistently matches your values. 🧭 What We’re Building This Month By the end of January, you’ll have: - A clear identity-based North Star - A practical plan covering how you'll improve the 5 areas of life: Health, Career, Social, Psychology, and Mission - A decision-making framework you can use daily - A plan you can always get back on track with (no perfection required) ⚠️ Important Expectation - This challenge requires radical honesty - No trying to look impressive, no fluff, no promises - If you bullshit, you miss the point 🧠 Week 1 Focus: Identity & Clarity - Define who you know you should be - Identify your core values (e.g. courage, honesty, responsibility, integrity) - Look honestly at your past behaviour and identify gaps—especially during the last year - Create a first draft of your North Star - VIP workshop on January 5 for support from me on your plan 📝 First Task (Do This Now) Comment below with a first draft identity description: - Core values & principles you want to live by - Internal experience: how it feels to be that person - External behavior: what others would observe you doing consistently e.g. "I am honest, brave, and responsible. This makes me feel light, free and respected. From the outside, I'm someone who speaks his mind, does the hard work, and owns his decisions". ⚠️ Write it in the present tense ❌ No clichés ❌ No vague “trying to be” language ✅ Describe who this person is as if it is already true This is a draft — you’ll refine it throughout the month. Don't spend more than 10mins on this!

I am independent, grounded, authentic, and balanced. It feels calm and steady, like I finally trust myself. I move through life with clarity and self-respect, choosing what aligns and letting go of what doesn’t. From the outside, you’d see someone who speaks honestly, keeps her word, and holds her boundaries with ease. A woman who leads, laughs, and loves without losing herself.

Independent in my case is do things without asking a thousand people before making a decision or waiting for the approval of those who "are important" for me. Hola, I’m Carolina, originally from Colombia, now living in New Zealand. I work in a library, which means I get to connect people, ideas, and stories in all sorts of creative ways. These days my main project is myself. I’m learning how to set boundaries and, even harder, how to keep them. I’m also learning to recognise my own worth and to spend my energy where it’s met, not wasted. Part of that is being able to have the tough conversations, the ones that ask for honesty over comfort, and staying steady with whatever follows. I’m curious, creative, and a bit too reflective at times. I like exploring how people grow, how we rebuild after mistakes, and how to be both kind and firm at the same time.
