To all somatic practitioners 🦋
Hi everyone, Just a very honest message here: I joined this group because I've been searching for a community of active somatic practitioners. I have gone through my own somatic healing journey (which has helped me tremendously), and I've noticed how this work goes to the depths that traditional practices often miss. My struggle:I'm a Facebook + Instagram advertiser, and currently I am really busy working on ads in the recruitment business, which is a good business to be in, but it's nothing close to my heart. What I really want is to use my skills to help practitioners like you, so it's also easier for people can find great coaches. If anyone needs help with Instagram or Facebook ads, please let me know. I'd be very happy to support. 🤍

Ahhhh..... this was meant to be. Hi Moniek. I am an energeticpractitioner. I am launching my business presently. I am a millennial, so I am not up to snuff on the world wide web. I need to create some videos for my business which will be purchased from my site. I need the least technologically complicated means of doing this. I am also not going to be posting 10-15 times a day/every day. Mon/ wed/fri with one of them being a reel. I know that is not what the algorithms want, but that is what I am sticking to. I am retired and will be doing the healing during my mornings and so I do not need a full load. Anything to help, would help me. My site is: energetichealthpractitioner on IG, google and FB. If you notice a discrepancy or lack of communication between the sites, let me know. I am also wondering how I get my reviews from google onto FB.? Would love to hear from you.

Breathe in through mouth - question
Hi, in the 3 minute breathwork video when Jake prompts that we breathe in through the mouth, it sounds like it's a "sipping through a straw" kind of breath. Can anyone confirm if that's the intent? Does it matter?

It is sipping thunder and straw, but I still like to inhale thru the nose and exhale thru the mouth.
