Test a quiz for me?
Beautiful Classified people, I'm testing out a quiz that will help people see which of my communities they should check out. Wanna test it and give me feedback? Here's the current draft -- the intro & results copy is still being tweaked, but basically it's to see if you could find a buyer and exit your community right now, or still need to build, maybe relaunch: https://inspiring-sunburst-7a1185.netlify.app/ I'm excited to see what you all think of it!

@Auli Takala So what did it tell you about the state of your business?

@Auli Takala exciting! But do you have enough MRR where the sale payday would be worth it to you to move on to your next phase ? When I first got approached about selling, I did the math and realized I would need to grow 50% to get the money I wanted in a sale. So I focused on doing that first, and then I sold. Shortly I’ll be doing free valuation calls with $30K+ MRR founders, where we look at how communities are valued by business buyers and what you’d likely get. Then they leave with an action plan for getting their valuation number higher so they could have a more lucrative exit. I’m excited!
Your community launched or relaunched - in a 90-day sprint
Hi all -- have you been trying to get your community doors open, but you can't seem to pull the trigger? Or maybe your doors are open... but you only have 8 members. Either way -- I have help for you over in the 90 Day Community (Re)Launch. It's a focused, 90-day sprint in which we execute on the proven, 7-step system I used to launch my first community to 100 paid members, right in launch month. Could you use that kind of small-group program, with peers who support you as you take action, cut the fluff, and get clear on your BEST community opportunity, audience, and offer? You start with a 7-day action plan to use during your free trial. Let's get this done -- fast!

@Brian Walsh I actually do have a 'your first month and year' course as well that's about engagement and retention, staffing up... all the operations side of a successful community.
#FriendFriday 🎉
It's time to celebrate each other! In the COMMENTS BELOW, please share a Skool community you think is doing really great things. It can be one you've participated in yourself or one that you've heard from others is amazing. Please do the following: 1. Tell us the name of the community and link to it (affiliates allowed). 2. Tag the person who owns the community. If they are not in the CLASSIFIEDS, then please send them a DM and let them know that you mentioned them here. I promise you will make their day! 3. Describe why the group is so wonderful and how it has helped you. Please DO NOT just copy and paste the About page! 4. Comment on each others comments and scroll through the referrals to see if there's an amazing group you are missing out on! Thanks so much for supporting each other and this community! Please note that any #FriendFriday mentions that are created as new posts will be deleted. Thanks! Please DO NOT promote yourself. 🤨. The entire community is for promoting yourself. This post is for celebrating someone else. 😊

This week, I'm going with my newly joined community The Coaching Resource Room. Love how @Miri Campbell is showing up here in Skool and can't wait to dig deeper into her resources.
Calling all Intellectual Omnivores 🦄
Apparently there’s a name for those of us who can spend three hours learning about buyer psychology, wander directly into Human Design, somehow end up researching why crows hold grudges, and then come back with a business idea that connects all three. Intellectual omnivore 😈 Basically… someone who is curious about a ridiculous number of things, likes learning across completely different subjects, and has a brain that would rather connect dots between ideas than stay politely inside one little box. Which explains a LOT about the entrepreneurs I tend to attract 😂 They’re multipassionate. Neurospicy. Curious AF… They might have seventeen tabs open mentally and possibly a bajillion literally. They can get wildly excited about a new business idea and equally fascinated by some completely unrelated rabbit hole twenty minutes later. And while that kind of brain can be fucking brilliant for entrepreneurship… most traditional business advice was clearly not written with it in mind. Pick one thing forever 🤮 Follow this exact content formula 🙄 Build the funnel this way 🤦🏻‍♀️ Use this productivity system 😫 Stick to the plan even though your brain has already connected six dots that weren’t there when you made the damn plan 🤢 Yeah… good luck with that. A huge part of building a business as an intellectual omnivore is figuring out how to work with the way your brain naturally thinks, creates, learns, connects shit and gets things done instead of spending half your energy trying to become the kind of entrepreneur all that advice was written for. Hell, I recently realized one of my most reliable productivity tricks is just giving boring shit more interesting names. “Make content” can apparently go fuck itself, but “dance like a pickle” gets the camera turned on. Same task. Completely different response from my brain 🙌🏻🤷🏻‍♀️ Turns out, that’s the kind of brain Fix Your Funk was built around. It’s a whole bunch of intellectual omnivore entrepreneurs building businesses, untangling whatever has them stuck, experimenting with what actually works for their brain and business, and figuring out how to do the damn thing without sanding off all the weird shit that makes them good at it in the first place.

Rebranded to offer 90 Day Community Sprints
Classified people.... after wishing I was rebranded for quite a while, I finally put the hammer down this week and DID it. Community Growth Academy is now 90 Day Community (Re)Launch. Would love for people to take a look and tell me what you think! Why rebrand? Because people were NOT taking action. And didn't need to grow. They came to me either for help with their launch... or in MANY cases, because they launched but without a proven plan to blow up once they opened the doors. So for launch, or relaunch. Without a focused sprint, people were not taking much action. They were skipping steps critical to building successful community, and then wondering why their community wasn't getting any traction. That made me organize a 90-day sprint to run through my proven 7-step system and open the doors or launch a new member campaign -- and the results were awesome! People focused and taking action. In your 7-day trial at the (Re)Launch, you do 3 worksheets that give you clarity on your best community opportunity, audience, and offer. Next sprint goes in September, so join now to prep if you need this kind of focus! Got questions about the key steps to a launch that everyone skips? Feel free to ask below. PS If you're thinking about a rebrand - I paid $100 for Skool to forward my URL to the new one. It works!
