Coffee today at 2pm UK time, & maybe with cake....
Today is the first-ever Property site finder coffee get-together, and I wanted to put a simple invitation out there. There’s no agenda, no slides, and nothing to prepare. It’s just an open Zoom, a coffee, and a chance to say hello and have a chat with others in the community. Whether one person joins or a handful do, I’ll be genuinely grateful, the whole point is simply to start. If you’re free at 2:00pm UK time today, I’d love you to drop in, even if it’s only for five minutes. As a small aside, it also happens to be my birthday today, so launching this for the first time feels quite fitting. If even one person turns up, that will absolutely make my day. Bring cake 😊 No pressure at all, but if you’re curious and available, it would be great to see you. Adrian

Oh no! I'm sorry I missed it Adrian. Thanks for adjusting the time so that it wouldn't be 3am in my time zone. I hope to catch the next one!

@Adrian Cormican So close! Yes, I'll try and make it to the next one.
Thank you all
As we head into the weekend, I just wanted to say a genuine thank you to everyone who’s joined already and supported this group while it’s still very new. This is very much the early stages. Foundations being laid, ideas being tested, and direction taking shape, but there’s a lot more to come. My aim is to make this a practical, useful space where real conversations happen and real progress gets made. If you’ve joined early, thank you for backing it. That genuinely means a lot. Enjoy the weekend, and I’ll be sharing more very soon.
Thank you all

It's easy to want to support good people, and you're "good people". šŸ‘

Ai Automation for lead generation
This might bomb but I'm going to go for it as nothing ventured nothing gained!! I'm going to Go Live tomorrow at UK time 9.30am. I'm going to talk about an Ai automation that we are developing in our business that is a lead generator for member of the team. If anyone is about it would delight me to see some faces.

Aww, I'd love to but that's 3:30 am for me.
Why this community exists (and why the size actually matters)
I read a post earlier today about someone building a very large Skool community. Big numbers. Big growth. Big success. It was inspiring, but not because of the revenue. What really landed with me was the intent. The idea that the community isn’t about the founder, the content, or the platform. It's about the people inside it. That’s exactly how I want this space to work. This isn’t a polished, ā€œfinishedā€ product. It's being built in the open, with real people, real questions, and real work. What this community is (and isn’t) It’s about: - People sharing what they’re working on - Asking questions without feeling stupid - Learning from each other’s experiences - Making connections that wouldn’t happen elsewhere If this grows, it will be because the members made it valuable, not because of slick content or clever funnels. Why small communities are powerful When a group is small: - You get seen - Your questions don’t get buried - Conversations actually happen - Relationships can form That’s the phase we’re in right now, and it’s one I don’t want to rush past. If you’ve joined: - Please post what you’re working on - Share something you’re stuck on - Comment on someone else’s post if it resonates - Treat this as a safe, professional space to think out loud You don’t need to be ā€œreadyā€.You don’t need to be an expert. You just need to be willing to contribute. My commitment.... My role here is not to be a guru. It's to: - Make sure people feel welcome - Connect people who should probably know each other - Keep the signal high and the noise low - Build something useful, not flashy If this ever becomes successful, it will be because the culture was set now, at this stage. So if you’re here early, thank you. Let’s build this with each other, not for an audience.

Thanks for posting this, @Adrian Cormican . Having a place where you feel safe asking "stupid" questions is so valuable to growth both on a personal level and as a community. Also I really appreciate that you don't want to rush past the small group phase. May this community experience stay, measured growth at a meaningful pace. šŸ»
Mailchimp emails - £300,000 income
We’ve started looking back at our numbers for the year. And we have tracked just over Ā£300,000 of income from what are effectively cold emails initially. 51,000 emails sent via Mailchimp in this calendar year. Not automated spam. Not daily noise. Just consistent, considered emails trying to be useful. A few honest takeaways from our side: We have sent consistently but sometimes when we send an email a potential client will reply to an email, maybe, sent 3 years ago. IT IS STRANGE, but has happened many times this year. Our thinking is that the recent email reminds the client that they wanted to talk to us about something we previously sent. So they search and then reply to the relevant email they want to talk to us about. Consistency beats brilliance every time Replies matter more than open rates Trust compounds quietly over time Email still feels unglamorous compared to social, but it’s been one of the few channels that reliably starts real conversations for us. Curious to hear from the group... Are you emailing regularly, occasionally, or not at all? What’s been your biggest blocker with email this year? Christmas is usually when people reflect, and hope it was worth sharing.

@Adrian Cormican I'm not on the BD side so I'm not sure what marketing strategies they are putting to use. Our product is pretty niche so marketing can be a challenge.
