@April Allen Something I've learned being on Skool that I can't believe I didn't implement before and even for hair packages is to have enough in a special savings account to reimburse/refund people. I had paid teirs for premium and vip, and have since discontinued them. I never thought about what if I need time off, or to step away... or want to remove someone from the community? Being able to refund them just feels clean. The wrong fit of a client or member isn't worth it. And then what that "wrong fit" is exactly is different for everyone. I'm taking note now, more then ever; what do I consider the right fit, and the wrong fit. ๐
