What tool do you recommend and for what purpose did you begin using it? What success have you had with it?

Hello Summit friends! I'm an ex-pat living in New Zealand, but have businesses both in Wisconsin and Auckland, NZ. I help manage small business owner's bookkeeping so they don't have to. Looking forward to learning how AI can improve our services, and about AI in general as I'm a novice.
