Trauma will make you stressed 24/7
My video on this. Do you know what causes us to be stressed more than all else, and no it is not your job, business or the grind, at least for the most part. It is surprisingly something you may not expect and that is unhealed trauma. The reason why is cause trauma causes our nervous system to be dysregulated leading you to be in survival mode constantly. And also of you are someone who is stressed constantly and have tried to do stuff like meditation and etc, but feel it does not do anything this is because the trauma has not been healed and those things are just surface level solutions and not the real deep one. So start healing your trauma ASAP, start today, first of all bring up the past unprocessed emotion then act on what your brain tells you even of it says cry or whatever, do it but maybe make sure you are alone for this, and sometimes people do not know what to do in that case do a generic method like shaking, breathwork, cold exposure or whatever and that will work. Simply do that for a couple of minutes then that trauma is healed, also keep repeating this for your other incidents of trauma and voila, stress and most of your other mental problems will be gone forever.

Why trauma is the real problem for your mental health...
My video on this. You think depression is the problem right? Or your self harm / self sabatoge habits? Or maybe you think it is anxiety, or the fact you were just born like this or something. Well you are wrong! I will tell you as someone who has helped over 100 people with mental health issues I know the truth. Most of the time depression, anxiety, video game addiction or what have you is not the problem, once I talk to these people and get them to open up it often is due to a deep traumatic issue. And that is why all the surface level solutions to improve your mental health do not work for most people as they have not fixed the core deeper problem! So your actionable step from this post is to just sit and think deeply about your life, any past trauma’s coming to mind? Then once you do that take the action ASAP to heal, simply bring up the past unprocessed emotion then do a healing method like cold exposure, breath work, shaking and let yourself cry and etc. Do that for 2 minutes and that is one specific trauma healed! .Now once you do this for long enough you will finally reach peak mental health

Want to know the craziest awful effect of never healing your trauma? It is the fact that every unhealed trauma makes you 1% worse overall as a person until it healed! The reason why is unhealed trauma gives your body the same effects of sickness. Why bottling up your emotions does not work…
Video on this… Do you fall for the lie of just being stoic? Repressing all your emotions, never crying, and stuff all because you think its weakness, cause Andrew Tate told you to? Let me tell you the truth… That is stupid advice, I understand repressing your emotions to an extent for example when you are with your family, friends or whatever and it would be inappropriate, fair enough I get that, but at the very least in your private time process your emotions! You know there was once a young man I coached on his mental health issues and he always bragged to me as a flex that he has not cried in years, thinking I would validate him for that. I would never, cause that is stupid, that is exactly how tons of trauma’s form that will mess up your nervous system, and it gives your body / mind the same effect as of sickness! Puts you in survival mode, gives you negative thoughts and will make you 1% less successful per each unhealed trauma in all the areas of life you care about like work, fitness and etc. So do me and yourself a favour, never fully bottle up your emotions again.

Why money alone will not make you happy…
My video on this! When I was just 15 years old I started a business selling stuff on eBay and I remember being so young and I hit Β£1k one month! Yet I was still unhappy… I thought the money I was making from my business would make me happy, but I was wrong. I didn’t realise it at the time but it was because I did not fix the deeper issue, unhealed trauma…. You see at this time I had just left school and I had been getting very badly bullied in my final months at school. And it did not matter how much money per month I made or anything like that I would still never be happy. And as someone who has personally spoke to about 100 entrepreneurs by this point who have success in business yet still feel empty. I find 99% of the time this emptiness is due to unhealed trauma. So let this be a lesson to you: Start healing your trauma today, reach happiness beyond money.
