What's the #1 thing you need help with? 👇
I'd love to ask you something. What's the biggest thing you're currently struggling with in your calisthenics journey? Everyone gets stuck somewhere. Maybe it's: - Learning your first pull-up or muscle-up. - Holding a front lever or planche. - Building strength. - Gaining muscle while training calisthenics. - Knowing how to structure your workouts. - Staying consistent. - Or something completely different. I'd genuinely love to hear where you're at. The reason I'm asking is that I'm currently building something I've wanted to create for a long time - a Calisthenics Masterclass. My goal isn't to create another generic course. I want it to solve the problems that people are actually facing. That's why your feedback is so valuable. The more I understand the challenges you're dealing with, the better I can create resources that genuinely help people make faster progress. So, I'd really appreciate it if you could answer these two questions in the comments: 1. What's your biggest struggle right now? 2. If you could wave a magic wand and solve one thing in your training, what would it be? I'll be reading every comment, and your answers will have a direct impact on what goes into the Masterclass. Thanks in advance—I can't wait to read your responses! ❤️

Heavy injury doing this
Long time no see all :) I have a short story to share and hopefully help someone. In the video you can see me do this excercise (idk what's called). This is, hands down, by far, simply, the best exercise that helped me progress the full planche. After only a month of doing it I saw huge results - my lower back and core got significantly stronger. However, it is an extremely dangerous exercise (at least for me). It puts so much pressure on your shoulder bones. I started spamming it every workout (3 times a week). And after every workout I felt that the pain is growing, and growing. After a month of doing it it finally happened - something in my left shoulder snapped/ moved/ squeezed and it left me with so much pain. This happened in November :( and there has been no healing. I've been having the same pain since then. I've tried resting, stretching, using all kinds of expensive meds - nothing helps. I know - I shoud've gotten to the doctor sooner - but it is what it is. I didn't put pressure on my shoulders since then, I stopped training planche, I cannot even do a push up. So, this saturday I am finally going to see a specialist. Wish me luck :)
