Heavy injury doing this
Long time no see all :) I have a short story to share and hopefully help someone. In the video you can see me do this excercise (idk what's called). This is, hands down, by far, simply, the best exercise that helped me progress the full planche. After only a month of doing it I saw huge results - my lower back and core got significantly stronger. However, it is an extremely dangerous exercise (at least for me). It puts so much pressure on your shoulder bones. I started spamming it every workout (3 times a week). And after every workout I felt that the pain is growing, and growing. After a month of doing it it finally happened - something in my left shoulder snapped/ moved/ squeezed and it left me with so much pain. This happened in November :( and there has been no healing. I've been having the same pain since then. I've tried resting, stretching, using all kinds of expensive meds - nothing helps. I know - I shoud've gotten to the doctor sooner - but it is what it is. I didn't put pressure on my shoulders since then, I stopped training planche, I cannot even do a push up. So, this saturday I am finally going to see a specialist. Wish me luck :)

Full planche journey so far
Hi all, sharing this video full with clips from the past 6-7 months of planche training. I haven't been specific most of the time with my training. I've done basics for 7 years and only this year I started my planche journey. Simply, I didn't want to loose my gains doing only planche specific training so I devided my training in two parts - planche and basics. But for the past 2 months I've commited to train only planche with specific planche exercises. This is my "progress" - very ugly arch in the back, I can't hold straddle correctly, I few very stable in the shoulders but my lower back and core are lacking severy. Open for tips. I can share my program if interested.

@Chan Woo Park what do you mean by "ppt" brother?
Some skills that I've unlocked this year
Handstand push-ups on parallets are waaaaaay harder than on floor. My max on floor is 15 where on parallets I can barely do 6 (might be balance issue?)

I can share a trick that worked for me. I have the pleasure of working only home office so I have a lot of freedom. What I do is I do some easy skills throughtout the whole day until I finish work - some handstands, one arm handstands, some light tucked planche holds. This help immensly when I go and do the actual workout after work. My body feels activated, it feels ready. Do not overdo it as you can drain your power.
Me and Simon at the world calistenics championship
I met a lot of guys at the event back in April and by far Simon was the nicest, kindest, most wholesome person there. He shook my hand, asked me for my name, signed my friend's paralletes and took a picture with me. This little interaction really inspired me to keep trying the full planche. So I guess that this post is meant as a thank you :)
