What's the one area of life you're focused on in 2026?
Every January, people set goals. By mid-February, most are gone — not because the person gave up, but because they never fully set the anchor. Every November, we run a full-day Retreat. We work through 7 areas of life: -Health -Soul -Relationships -Career -Fun -Wealth -Impact There's a saying that people spend more time planning their vacation than they do their actual life. The retreat forces you to slow down and get clear on areas you're not used to setting goals in. Most people default to career and health and forget the rest. One lever that consistently helps people stick with their goals: say it out loud. Publicly. When you name it, you give it weight. When others see it, you're more likely to protect it. So here's the ask. What's one area of life you're focused on improving in 2026? And what's one specific goal you're chasing in that area? Drop it below. Doesn't need to be polished.

I was so impacted by The Retreat I went and made my own tracking app 😂 Two areas of life I am excited to focus on and improve in are my Impact and Fun. Impact: When I look at impact, I can really funnel a lot of things into this area. My career as an agent, my family life, religious duties... etc. I have to believe and frame everything I do as impacting and serving others, otherwise it can be easy for me to be depressed lol. I have a lofty goal as a new agent to serve 30 families in 2026 with their real estate needs. Having my license for only 7 months thus far with non of my own closings yet haha. But I plan working as hard as I can toward it nonetheless! 😅 Fun: As I went through the Retreat for my first time this past November, it was really the first time I was ever trained on how to properly make and execute goals and plans. One huge thing for me was realizing why I never seemed to have any Big "fun" throughout the year. I always allowed the need to survive and work, work, work, come first. It was the first time I learned to plan the "Big Fun" things first and make them nonnegotiable. 😂 So after Years of not camping, fishing, hunting, or wanting to do other things like Skydive. I made plans to do those things this year. And they are Nonnegotiable! 😂
Most agents are invisible to AI right now. (SEO vs AEO & GEO)
Not because they’re bad at marketing. Because the game quietly changed. Buyers aren’t scrolling search results the same way. They’re asking AI tools direct questions. And those tools don’t rank websites. They choose sources. If your site isn’t built like a source, you don’t get surfaced. I wrote up a simple playbook you can use to fix this and optimize your site for AI. Short. Tactical. Focused on AEO (Answer Engine Optimization). Here's the link to the strategy. I’ll build a follow-up playbook on GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) next.

This is great @Shoney Ivens !! As I started reading I immediately thought about adding a FAQ section to my website that would give specific answers to general questions. But also, should maybe set up my website so it kind of like its own encyclopedia for real estate, and more specifically in the area I work most. It’ll take time to build, but as I believe is one of the KW Bold laws shown on the wall in our office, something like, focus on the solution not the whole problem. Or whatever 😂 Breaking it down to one step at a time, and really, in time it compounds exponentially into the system you had imagined. It doesn’t have to be done all at once. Break it up, take the time.
AI to add lists of meeting and event dates to calendar
While I am certainly struggling to learn more about how, and for what, to use AI, I got recent "wins" by using it to add lists of event and meeting dates to my calendar. One list of event dates was very well detailed (i.e. locations, times, and some event details), and I just told Gemini (via the app) to add it to my calendar and it did great (after first telling me how to link/allow my calendar). The others were a list of recurring monthly meetings, with quarterly ones marked that would be at a different location, but no dates or locations listed. So, for this one I used Gemini in my Gmail tab and gave times and locations in my prompt (i.e. "Add all these dates to my calendar from 6-7pm, and at 123 main street, except those with a *, they'll be at 567 Elm St") and Gemini added all the meetings with proper locations and times. The latter was a little faster than adding them manually (where I would have set one up to repeat monthly, deleted the quarterly ones, and then set a separate one with the different location to repleat quarterly)... but the former/events list was a TON faster due to having a lot of detail and great variation in date, time and location for each meeting (i.e. they couldn't be set to just "repeat monthly"). Baby steps...

I love it @Ryan Cave ! I have yet to find an AI system I really like for automating or even just accelerating my scheduling system. I have tried with a couple, but I’m still trying to find one I like 😂 I’m glad you’re using Gemini and finding that useful!!
Workshop Sheet Creation
Hey y’all! I told you I’d do better at sharing my quick wins and whatnot this year. Today I used Claude to create and edit the formatting on a first time buyer worksheet I will be giving to each of the attendees at my workshop on Friday! I’m super excited to use this on Friday!! Still need a couple tweaks, but those are easy enough on Word 😉

Your 2026 Operating System
Most people enter a new year with new goals and the same habits. Then they wonder why the results don't change. I built a planning tool I'm using personally this week. It's not goal-setting. It's an identity and systems reset. You'll define who you need to become, what needs to change, and what rhythm will carry the year. Block 45-60 minutes and walk out with new perspective / a smarter approach to your 2026 goals. → Download it here (You can feed this to ChatGPT, Gemini or Claude after and get ongoing coaching / support.) When you finish, drop your Path in the comments: A) Better systems, more leverage, less noise. B) I want more volume, more opportunity, more momentum. C) Both: Scale AND simplify. More money, fewer hours, better quality of life. Curious where everyone's headed this year.
