Build Your AI Operating System with us Tomorrow
You’ve opened ChatGPT or Claude at least a dozen times this month. You type a prompt, get a decent answer, copy-paste, move on. Tomorrow you’ll do the same thing again from scratch…because none of it is saved as a repeatable system in your business. That’s where most agents, leaders and business owners are with AI right now: Using it like a smarter Google experience. Getting answers one at a time. Never turning any of it into something that streamlines business and makes life easier. The gap is workflow design. Knowing how to take a process you do every week, break it into steps, feed it the right inputs, and build it so the AI runs it the same way every time and becomes a digital employee for your business. That’s exactly what we do in our bi-weekly mastermind, The AI Systems Lab. Every other week we get on Zoom for 60 minutes and integrate AI into your business systems. - Setting up Automations - Claude CoWork Strategies - Building your AI Second Brain Walk out of those sessions with AI workflows you can use immediately to grow your business and earn 5-7 hours of your time back each week. 𝗧𝗼𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗿𝗼𝘄 𝘄𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝗜 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗳𝗹𝗼𝘄𝘀 𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲 and you'll have at least one installed before we end the call. If you want the Zoom link, DM me “𝗪𝗢𝗥𝗞𝗙𝗟𝗢𝗪” and I’ll send you the details. You can also unlock the 75-Day AI Challenge inside Skool for $99/month. That gives you access to the bi-weekly AI Systems Lab, session replays, workflow assets, and the full 75-day challenge designed to help you become a top 10% user of AI in your business. Send “WORKFLOW” or click on the 75-day challenge and we'll see you on tomorrows call.

📌 Welcome to The AI-Driven Agents Network
This community is for real estate professionals and entrepreneurs who want to: - Stop running their business in chaos - Use AI to enhance lead generation and streamline operations - Buy back 5–10 hours a week through increased efficiencies To get the most out of this group, do three things: 𝟭 - 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳 𝗯𝗲𝗹𝗼𝘄 - What you do + how long you've been doing it - Your #1 business challenge right now - What you hope AI can do for your business 𝟮 - 𝗔𝘀𝗸 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰, 𝗔𝗜 𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂'𝘃𝗲 𝗴𝗼𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱 - "Here's my current process — where would you plug in AI first?" - "How are you using [tool]?" - "What's the fastest way to stop [X] from falling through the cracks?" 𝟯 - 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂'𝗿𝗲 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 - Wins, experiments, and "this broke — what did I miss?" are all useful - The more you implement and share, the more you and everyone else get out of this ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂'𝗿𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘆 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 The free group great is for ideas, experiments, and staying current. If you know you need to integrate AI into the core of your business — simplify your systems and stop babysitting every detail — there's a deeper level: AI Systems Lab. For $99/month you get: - Bi-weekly working sessions, hosted live by me - Each call, you bring one real area that feels messy right now — a listing process, a lead source, your follow-up, team communication, whatever it is. Together we turn it into a simple, AI-powered system and checklist that runs without you hovering over it. - Access to the 75-Day AI Execution Challenge and a growing library of skills, templates, and systems you can plug into your business today It's for people who are good at getting business, but know their current systems are costing them time, energy, and income. If that's you, go to Classroom → 75-Day AI Execution Challenge. If it’s locked, Skool will prompt you to upgrade. Once you unlock it, you’ll get access to the Challenge and invites to our bi-weekly private AI workshop (AI Systems Lab)

How to port your ChatGPT brain into Claude (in 2 minutes)
I’ve mentioned before why Claude is my daily driver over ChatGPT. It comes down to this: ChatGPT is great at thinking, but Claude is an intelligent executor. If you’ve been wanting to transfer your context from ChatGPT over to Claude, you don't have to start from scratch. It takes two minutes. Check out the screenshots for a visual guide. The Workflow: 1. Open Claude and go to Settings. 2. Click Capabilities. 3. Copy the prompt provided there (I’ve also dropped it in the first comment below for easy access). 4. Paste that prompt into ChatGPT. It will package the most valuable stored memories. 5. Drop that output straight into Claude and click Save to Memory. This doesn’t alter or impact your ChatGPT account in any way. It just means you aren't locked into a single ecosystem. Run them side-by-side this week and watch the difference in how they handle actual execution. Enjoy.

Export all of my stored memories and any context you've learned about me from past conversations. Preserve my words verbatim where possible, especially for instructions and preferences. ## Categories (output in this order): 1. **Instructions**: Rules I've explicitly asked you to follow going forward — tone, format, style, "always do X", "never do Y", and corrections to your behavior. Only include rules from stored memories, not from conversations. 2. **Identity**: Name, age, location, education, family, relationships, languages, and personal interests. 3. **Career**: Current and past roles, companies, and general skill areas. 4. **Projects**: Projects I meaningfully built or committed to. Ideally ONE entry per project. Include what it does, current status, and any key decisions. Use the project name or a short descriptor as the first words of the entry. 5. **Preferences**: Opinions, tastes, and working-style preferences that apply broadly. ## Format: Use section headers for each category. Within each category, list one entry per line, sorted by oldest date first. Format each line as: [YYYY-MM-DD] - Entry content here. If no date is known, use [-] instead. ## Output: - Wrap the entire export in a single code block for easy copying. - After the code block, state whether this is the complete set or if more remain.
AI Multiplies What You Feed It
I spent the better part of a decade moving through things with no obvious connection to each other. Door-to-door sales, mastermind groups across the country, real estate investing, real estate leadership, systems thinking, and live events with impactful mentors/teachers. None of it was designed. I wasn’t building toward anything I could name at the time. A few years ago, I was sitting in a Tony Robbins event in Dubai, watching him teach through psychology, physiology, language patterns, belief systems, relationships and business strategy all at once. That was one of the moments where it clicked for me: the best teachers rarely stay in one lane. They pull from multiple domains and connect them in real time. What I know now: every domain I went deep in gave me a set of mental models I didn’t know I needed. None of those models came from going deeper in the same lane. The best ideas usually come from connecting things that don’t obviously belong together. That’s why this matters with AI. AI is a multiplier. Which means the question is never really about the tool. It’s about what you’re bringing to it. One habit worth building: Consume one deliberately cross-domain input per week. Not more content inside your industry. Something with no obvious connection to your work. History. Neuroscience. Architecture. Psychology. Hospitality. Biographies. Your brain makes the connections. You just have to keep feeding it different ingredients. The concern that AI makes people dumber isn’t unfounded. The real risk is more specific: using it to avoid thinking instead of using it to think harder. Those paths look similar right now. They won’t in three years. What are you consuming right now that has nothing to do with real estate or AI? Drop a book, podcast, YouTube video, habit, or insight below that’s been helpful for you.

I’ll start. One I’ve been using lately is the Waking Up app. I’ve used Calm for meditation since 2019 and still think it’s a great entry point for building the habit. Waking Up feels like a deeper dive into attention, awareness, and how the mind actually works. Not real estate. Not AI. But probably more connected to both than it seems. Here’s the link in case anyone wants to check it out for 30 days. No referral benefit or anything, just something I’ve found valuable. https://dynamic.wakingup.com/guestpass/SC8F6D55B

@Joshua Stern The Quality of our lives come down to the quality of questions we ask. 👌🏽
Your need an exit plan for your AI tools
The Meta and Manus story is worth paying attention to. China reportedly blocked Meta’s $2B acquisition of Manus, an AI agent company, and ordered the deal to be unwound (They had already closed the deal and moved HQ to Singapore.) The details are geopolitical, but the business lesson is simple. Do not build your whole operating system inside one AI tool. I’m still bullish on AI agents. I’m using them more, not less. But the more connected these tools become, the more intentional we need to be about access. If an agent has access to Gmail, Drive, financial docs, and internal strategy, it is no longer just a chatbot. It is sitting on top of your business. My current rule: Use AI as a layer on top of your systems, not as the central vault. Keep the source of truth in systems you control: your CRM, Drive, Notion, transaction files, SOPs, and client records. Then let AI sit on top of those systems to help you search, summarize, draft, organize, and execute faster. That’s the line I’m trying to draw. Use AI for leverage, but keep the business portable.

This is another reason why I like Claude Cowork. Your infrastructure and anything you build ends up on a file on your computer which you control. Here's the Article that sparked the thought. The headline is about Meta and China, but the bigger takeaway for us is AI stack design. https://www.cnbc.com/2026/04/28/china-meta-manus-ai-deal.html
