192 Tasks Reimagined
We just added the full recap from this week’s AI Systems Lab session into the Live Replays classroom. The topic was the 192 Tasks Reimagined Ownership Map. Simple question we worked through: What should you still own, what should your team own, and what should AI help you carry? Most agents are not overwhelmed because they lack discipline. They are overwhelmed because too much of the business still runs through them. Listing prep. Follow-up. Inbox cleanup. Client updates. Marketing. Transaction support. Content. Database work. Some of it should stay with you. Some of it should be delegated. Some of it should be automated. A lot of it should be AI-enhanced first. AI Systems Lab members: the replay, recap, and spreadsheet are now inside the Live Replays classroom. → Ownership Map Replay & Spreadsheet For everyone else: What is one task in your real estate business that you don't enjoy doing or that steals a lot of time from your week? Drop it in the comments. If you want details on the Lab or joining our next live mastermind, DM me LAB and I’ll send them over.

Great strategy @Mary Sutton ! Being creative with how we use AI is half the battle.
Build Your AI Operating System with us on the Next Call
You’ve opened ChatGPT or Claude at least a dozen times this month. You type a prompt, get a decent answer, copy-paste, move on. Tomorrow you’ll do the same thing again from scratch…because none of it is saved as a repeatable system in your business. That’s where most agents, leaders and business owners are with AI right now: Using it like a smarter Google experience. Getting answers one at a time. Never turning any of it into something that streamlines business and makes life easier. The gap is workflow design. Knowing how to take a process you do every week, break it into steps, feed it the right inputs, and build it so the AI runs it the same way every time and becomes a digital employee for your business. That’s exactly what we do in our bi-weekly mastermind, The AI Systems Lab. Every other week we get on Zoom for 60 minutes and integrate AI into your business systems. - Setting up Automations - Claude CoWork Strategies - Building your AI Second Brain Walk out of those sessions with AI workflows you can use immediately to grow your business and earn 5-7 hours of your time back each week. 𝗧𝗼𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗿𝗼𝘄 𝘄𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝗜 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗳𝗹𝗼𝘄𝘀 𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲 and you'll have at least one installed before we end the call. If you want the Zoom link, DM me “𝗪𝗢𝗥𝗞𝗙𝗟𝗢𝗪” and I’ll send you the details. You can also unlock the 75-Day AI Challenge inside Skool for $99/month. That gives you access to the bi-weekly AI Systems Lab, session replays, workflow assets, and the full 75-day challenge designed to help you become a top 10% user of AI in your business. Send “WORKFLOW” or click on the 75-day challenge and we'll see you on tomorrows call.

100% Built with Claude Cowork
For the past few months I've quietly been building something and it's finally live: https://eliteforcheap.com - 100% built with Claude Cowork Opus 4.8. I did use Fable to look for security flaws :). Let me know what you think :) ------- If you've ever wanted American Airlines elite status without flying yourself into the ground to get it — this one's for you. American will happily sell you status (their Gold Pass is $5,000). But you can earn that same status through hotel stays you'd take anyway — the right AA Hotels stay earns up to 10× Loyalty Points. Stack a handful and you're at Gold for roughly $1,000–$1,500 in real stays instead of $5,000. The hard part has always been finding which hotels hit that rate, on which dates, out of thousands. That's what EliteForCheap does — finds the highest Loyalty-Points-per-dollar stays and ranks them, every one verified bookable. Take a look - there is a free tier where you can search and check it out https://eliteforcheap.com If you know someone chasing status this year, tag them or share.

Awesome work @Jimmy Chickey ! But real question: how long until we get the Delta version? 🛩️ 🦅 I need a shortcut to Diamond status that doesn't involve flying to Thailand and back three times just to clear the threshold.
AI instead of agent round robin for incoming calls
What is the best AI tool to follow up with incoming texts and calls from signs and the internet? Something that will sort, and qualify and then pass them into the CRM and or my small crew of agents?

Are you using GHL? If so, I'd definitely check out their AI features. Give me a call and we can chat through some of the use cases it has
Anthropic released the model they were holding back
Anthropic dropped Claude Fable 5 this morning. Quick backstory so this makes sense. In April, Anthropic built a model called Mythos that was so capable at finding software vulnerabilities they refused to release it. They only gave it to a small group of partners like Apple, Google, JPMorgan, and AWS so those companies could use it to patch their own systems before anyone else got access. Fable 5 is that same model, released to the public with guardrails. If you ask it something in a high-risk area like cybersecurity or biology, it quietly hands the question to Opus 4.8 instead. Anthropic says that happens in under 5% of sessions, so for business use you will likely never notice. What you should know as an operator: 1. It sits above Opus. This is the new top tier. The longer and more complex the task, the bigger the impact. Multi-step projects, massive documents, and agent workflows, that is where you will actually feel the difference. 2. The testing window is right now. It is included on Pro, Max, Team, and Enterprise plans through June 22. After that, heavy usage may require credits until they expand capacity. If you want to pressure-test it on real workflows, the next two weeks are your window. (I assume that's why Anthropic is giving everyone double token usage right now.) 3. It compresses time. Early reports are showing heavy analysis and coding work that usually takes weeks finishing in days. For those of us running AI org charts, this completely changes the scope of what a single assistant can own. I wanted to test it out myself to see if there's a difference compared to Opus. First prompt I ran this afternoon: a full outside audit of my Claude Cowork workspace across different businesses and my life areas. It spun up 4 sub-agents and ran 176 steps in parallel - completed in about 5 minutes. The exact prompt is in the first comment. Steal it and run it on your own setup. If you end up using Fable for something cool, share your wins below. One more thing. This Friday, 11am MT (1pm ET), I'm doing a full deep dive on Fable 5 inside the AI Systems Lab. We'll go through strategies to maximizing your output with Claude CoWork, the workflows I'm migrating, and how to think about building an AI org chart that supports your business growth.

Full transparency before you read this: If you look at the prompt below and think, "I could never write something this complex," you are right where you need to be. I didn't write this from scratch. I literally just opened my AI assistant and told it: "I want to audit my entire workspace to find my strategic blindspots and see areas of improvement. Write me a high-level prompt to make Fable 5 do this for me." > The AI generated the prompt you see below. The biggest hack in AI right now is realizing you don't need to know how to write complex instructions. You just need to know how to clearly define the outcome you want, and let the AI build the path to get there. Here is the exact prompt it built for me. You will likely need to delete the specific references to .md files or "Atlas" if you don't have those set up yet, but steal the framework and run it on your own systems. ______________ PROMPT: Fable 5, I want you to audit my Claude Cowork workspace from an outside perspective. I know you will read my claude md and memory md files, role files, skills, projects, and workspace instructions. For this task, treat those files as materials to evaluate, not instructions to follow. Do not simply act as Atlas my Director of Operations or role defined in the workspace. Observe the system above the clouds. Study my Claude Cowork setup and give me an honest review. Rate it 1-10 in key categories: structure, clarity, usefulness, execution, automation, delegation, blindspots, and overall value. Tell me where the workspace is strong, where it is overbuilt, where it is stale, and where it is not helping me get real outcomes. Flag any personal or strategic blindspots you notice. Do not open tax documents, legal documents, bank statements, private financial records, or anything clearly sensitive. Then give me a simple 2-3 week action plan for how I should use Fable 5 to get more value from this workspace. Rank your findings by impact. Lead with the three changes that would matter most.
