Here's what I'm doing this year - simple way to collect updated contact info while staying top of mind: The Postable Strategy: 1. Go to Postable.com 2. Click "Address" and sign up (free) 3. Customize the form—ask for birthday, home address, & email 4. Copy the link  5. Send this text to your database: "Hope you and your family have an awesome holiday season coming up! We'd like to send you our family Christmas card, can you fill this out so we send it to the right address? [link]" Your inbox fills up with current contact info, you send cards, and you just deepened every relationship heading into 2026. Takes 10 minutes to set up. Allows for far better engagement with your sphere the following year when you have their core four (phone, email, address, birthday)

Hey @John Norcross - Canva still seams to be the best for this and their AI is getting better. Still not perfect but they have a large library of existing designs that are easy to utilize.
