The LAST Challenge Day 💪🏽⚔️
Greetings Team! We MADE IT! The final team challenge day of this 21 day Challenge! Once again this is an opportunity to Finish STRONG. To get everything that you came for and more. To cultivate that self discipline and follow through on your word! NO excuses - Just YOU vs YOU. Do the best you can and then go a little harder! - Thats the beauty of these 24 hour dashes! Alright let's get into it! This challenge is going to be: 🥁 LEG LIFTS 🥁 - because who doesn't want better abs and a strong core! As always the Rules will be as follows: ⚡️ You must record your reps in timelapse and post them in your team chat along with how many you did in that video and what your current total is. ⚡️ The goal is to get as many reps as you can in over the 24 hours. ⚡️ Keep your legs straight and core tight, touch your heels to the floor and lift them to the sky. (picture and example below) Post your goals in the comments below and let's see who came to START and FINISH this challenge with all they got! LAST SET BEST SET LETS GOOOOOOOOO! 🏁

@Taylor Boylan you can put something soft under your tailbone and maybe don’t go as far down, when you feel your back arch that’s how far you should go down! This keeps that pelvis nice and grounded and doesn’t compromise the spine by going into an anterior tilt/booty popping. Other modifications: alternate legs, bend the knees or placing your hands on your hips to keep it supported (if you need extra support you can always use a dumbbell over your hip bones to keep it grounded). If this is from an injury, I don’t recommend using the dumbbell… just modify as I said above keeping the knees bent, adding something soft below the pelvis, and not going too far down or even alternating legs. If you feel anything sharp or painful I would avoid this exercise completely!

It’s wild how much more I spend on food when Im trying to get that protein in and also, I just love veggies and I keep running out! 😂 I’m about to meditate, do my yoga, and go for a walk! 😊 Will post later for everything else I accomplished today! ✔️ Nutrition on point ✔️ Morning Journal ✔️10 minute meditation ✔️ 1 hour walk ✔️ 1.5 hours of yoga

I’m proud of myself for teaching my fiancé a yoga class from the top of my head without sequencing or planning! I just went with what felt good and adjusted to his capabilities.
The case of Mondays didn’t last
I know my goal is obtainable and once I reach it of waking up at 5am I am going to be so proud of myself and find that clarity within that I am more important than sleep. Starting with movement of energy, a meditation and preparing for my Craniosacral course with the 20/20/20 concept is my goal for the end of the challenge. I am putting out into this community to hold myself accountable and be brave enough to share it. Spiritually, physically and emotionally I want to continue to dig deep to be the best version of myself for myself.

This is such a remarkable realization. Can you go into more detail about this craniosacral course if you don’t mind? Are you doing a major in college or something online! Totally okay if you don’t want to share, proud of you and keep showing up for yourself!
