@Austin Gray I know this stretches the rules a bit, but I would offer backyard living spaces. A fenced in yard surrounding a beautiful deck overlooking a patio paver circle with fire ring in the middle. You come home from work, step outside and enjoy the evening while your kids and dog trounce around.
