Hey...did the 2 holds on inhale and then a hold on exhale and then a hold in inhale---not great---on exhale :30 on inhale 1 min---sometimes think/feel I "give up" to easily... will keep practicing most everyday

Hey...did the 4 breath holds today---1:00 then 1:15 then 1:30 and then the final 1:38. To start the 4 holds--before the first one, I do 10 straw breaths and 3 snake breaths. QUESTION---do you try to do any straw breaths or snake breaths befroe the 2dn and 3rd and 4th holds? Thanks
