Who here is taking Saw Palmetto, L-theanine and/or L-Glutamine? I want to know if anyone has experienced side effects when starting them, what effects and how long they lasted. I have a sensitive stomach and I’m leery to try. Thanks

I have been trying the L-Theanine before bed. Definitely helps settle me down before bed.
Hello everyone!
I joined a few months ago but completely forgot to introduce myself. That should tell you where my brain fog is at. Haha! I’m almost 53 (OMG! I just realized that I’m really old now). This peri into menopause journey has been a roller coaster and honestly, has felt like one big hormone experiment. I’ve consulted 5 doctors and three nutritionists in 5-6 years. No one seems to have a clear answer to help my symptoms 100% so I’ve pieced bits of information together to limp along. My biggest current issues are weight gain, breakthrough hot flashes, and weirdly, dry eyes. Oh, and digestive issues like crazy. Plus other not so fun weird things. Weeeeee!!!!!! I’m excited I found Elevate MD!

@Tracey Stern Happy early Birthday! I’ll be 53 in March. I’m happy to share that one of the tips I got from an Elevate MD reel was using Pepcid in conjunction with my daily Zyrtec that I take for my seasonal allergies. And WOW! That was a a game changer. I’ve gone 6 weeks with no painful bloating or gas, or chronic heartburn! I feel like a new person just from that one adjustment. However, prior to that I always did a food sensitivity test with a nutritionist and discovered several common foods I sensitive too and should avoid or limit.
