I need to get my schedule back on track. Wen tfor an easy 6k on the weekend, but enough recovery. Don't want to lose all the training I did for the marathon

@Ana Žebovec thanks. My main struggle is knowing what strength exercises to do for running in the gym. What do you recommend? I'm not good with copying videos because I have no idea if I'm doing the movement correctly. I prefer machines but I see everywhere says not to use machines

Of course my win would be the marathon yesterday and finishing an hour faster than last year. Goal for this week is recovery and eating pizza! I have missed pizza! Saturday I will go for a light run again
Tip of the day
One day before a marathon or any other running competition take twenty minutes and run easy. In the end do four accelerations! And of course stretch after:)

Don't forget to warm up before a run with a tempo that lets you still talk inbetween
