I have my first meeting today with Justin. I am truly excited to learn more about this program and get started on my real estate investments.

Its complicated, newbie but not a newbie. Owned several properties in the past but never financed anything. Always paid cash, which i don't have these days. Things went south over the last 30yrs, and don't know how to get started again. I've located some profitable deals, but never had the knowledge for funding. Would love to get this started soon. Any advice would be appreciated.
