My Best Video DIED!
This was one of the most high effort videos I have ever made and it just belly flopped and sank to the bottom! LOL I tried a lot of new things in this video I could really use some feedback as to why it didn't do very well.

I think it’s a great video. Maybe because you are showing it on your channel that only has 321 subscribers and not 1000 subs. And in the beginning the image of the monetized channel is not clear. (Didn’t give me enough time to read the info) Maybe you could have also said I’m on a journey of doing the same for this brand new channel where I want to teach you how to do the same stick around while I show you how I am going to take you from zero to your first 1k. It could also just be the algorithm isn’t finding your audience yet.

I really enjoyed the video! But I’m also your target audience.
why is this video 1 of 10?
it took me 15 mins to make this video and It brought people to my offer page. Super interesting. This of course starts an interesting debate over how much quality is required? do I continue to make more crappy vlogs cuz it's easy? while continuing to increase quality on other videos? what do you guys think?

A Bad Day Shouldn't Become a Bad Week. Here's how to fix it
🚨 High-performers bounce back fast. Low-performers let one setback derail them. 💡 The fix? Have a "recovery rule." If you slip up today, make sure you show up tomorrow—no exceptions. My recovery protocol: 1. Reset my schedule for the rest of the day. Choose one task to get done that would make tomorrow easier that will create new momentum  2. Meditate on who I want to be and why. Affirm my new identity as a YouTuber and reset emotionally. 3. Go to sleep on time so i can perform at my best tomorrow.  🔥 What’s your go-to strategy for bouncing back after a bad day?

My recovery tool is that I focus on how God is in control. Giving my worries to Him. I’m also learning to be uncomfortable through the process. And pushing myself towards change.
I started youtube for the money
There is nothing wrong with doing youtube for the money. every single one of you reading this is looking forward to getting monetized and quitting that job you don't like. This doesn't mean you don't love it, in fact it's because we don't love our job anymore that we want to be finically free through youtube right? So whats wrong? Well... It all comes down to sustainability. Are the videos you are making filling up your soul with joy and purpose? If not, then you might succeed on youtube only to find yourself right back in a job that you don't love any more. and the rest of you will just burnout......Unless... You strategically combine youtube with something that fills you with joy. An energy source that gets you through the hardest days. I STARTED YOUTUBE FOR THE MONEY.....but i would have quit long ago if i didn't discover a purpose along the way. My Purpose? To help people grow their youtube channels while working a full time job without burning out like i did. It took me 8 years to get here, and i'm glad i did. Thank you for reading this post. Let me know what your biggest struggle is in the comments and i'll try to help you out as best i can.

You’ve been a great supporter for sure! And your passion shines through you.
Consistency beats talent every time!
If you're a beginner and want to get monetized, post more! The most talented creators can often fail because they don’t post enough to refine their skills Meanwhile, the consistent ones—no matter how rough their early work—win simply because they keep showing up and getting better. It’s like the story of the pottery class: one group of college students were told they would be graded on creating a single perfect pot, while the other group was graded on how many pots they could make. In the end, the group that made 100 pots produced the highest quality work. This is simply because repetition and practice are the keys to excellence. The same goes for creators—consistency leads to growth, while waiting for perfection keeps you stuck. If you're a beginner and want to make higher quality videos, start making more videos! The faster you gain experience the faster you will be able to make high quality videos Quantity is the path to quality! Thank you so much for taking the time to read this post, I hope it was helpful to you Please let me know what you think
