💡 The fix? Have a "recovery rule." If you slip up today, make sure you show up tomorrow—no exceptions.
My recovery protocol:
- Reset my schedule for the rest of the day. Choose one task to get done that would make tomorrow easier that will create new momentum
- Meditate on who I want to be and why. Affirm my new identity as a YouTuber and reset emotionally.
- Go to sleep on time so i can perform at my best tomorrow.
