Today on the Clarity Call, Ian pointed out that I need to take some "messy action." Nobody responds to an email that hasn't been sent. I also need to consider what value I can offer upfront to get a better response. Thanks, @Ian Kirk

Absolutely agree—taking messy action beats perfection every time. Hitting 'send' is often the hardest but most important step. Offering upfront value is a great mindset shift too; it shows you're thinking about the other person's perspective, not just your own goals. Appreciate the reminder!
