Mental peace and freedom from worldly cares. III. Spiritual purity, and complete isolation from impure currents of thought. Evolve the states from within and the without will take care of itself. These are the methods of the soul’s unfoldment. Purity is the great touch-stone. To be pure in body, a pure diet must be partaken of and the highest form of food possible to man must constitute his physical sustenance. The fruits of the earth are plenty: they are simple but sufficient. If we cannot be perfect, then let us be the next thing to it, and be as perfect as our surroundings render possible. Learn to say I will and I will not, and when you have said it see that your assertion is sacredly maintained. It starts at about 10:40. So you can skip past the translator’s explanation if you want. There is so much wisdom to be found in every little passage. And I always find new meaning in each part whenever I come back to it
