A Standing Declaration
“I hereby revoke my consent to every curse, spell, threat, and nefarious intention directed toward me. I cancel its authority over my life, my body, my energy, and my path. I revoke my agreement and reclaim my power now. I now cancel, collapse, and dissolve every contract, agreement, & energetic tie that was formed in confusion, fear, survival, or distortion. Any being, person, entity, energy hook, or distortion that has access to me without my full conscious consent is now revoked. Anything that has interfered with me or my energy, in this dimension, or any other, in any way, loses access immediately. And so it is. I now reclaim all that I AM. I now reclaim my energy from every dimension, and every direction, returning to me purified, clean and clear. It is done, and so it is. I declare that I AM a Divine Sovereign Being. I do not consent to the use of my energy, my attention, my silence, or my compliance in support of people, systems, or forces that operate through deception, harm, or the exploitation of Human beings, or any life. This is my standing declaration. It does not expire.”

I stand with you!
From “The Light of Egypt, The Science of the Soul and the Stars, Volume 1…
From “The Light of Egypt, The Science of the Soul and the Stars: Volume One”... “There is a trinity of laws to be observed: I. Physical harmony in one's surroundings. II. Mental peace and freedom from worldly cares. III. Spiritual purity, and complete isolation from impure currents of thought. Evolve the states from within and the without will take care of itself. These are the methods of the soul’s unfoldment. Purity is the great touch-stone. To be pure in body, a pure diet must be partaken of and the highest form of food possible to man must constitute his physical sustenance. The fruits of the earth are plenty: they are simple but sufficient. If we cannot be perfect, then let us be the next thing to it, and be as perfect as our surroundings render possible. Learn to say I will and I will not, and when you have said it see that your assertion is sacredly maintained. Let us remember that the material life of man is only one second of his existence, and that it is one of the most unprofitable things in this world to be selfish. Selfishness is the road to the Hells of the soul world. And, lastly, if these things are followed with an earnest loving spirit, rest assured that the blossoms of the soul will expand into full-grown flowers, and for the labor and self-denial expended we shall reap the spiritual rewards which will repay us ten thousand fold. Remember, and realize, the words of the wise Proclus: ‘Know the Divinity that is within you that you may know the Divine One, of which your soul is a ray.’”

The first, highest level tip for Raising the Christos
We can begin with the Sacred process of the Sacred Secretion, as that’s the subject of the majority of questions people have begun to ask me about. So I will give all of you the highest level tip right now, one that I haven’t discussed nor have I heard it discussed properly, and while it’s the absolute highest level tip, it’s also the very first tip I would give to anyone even considering embarking on this journey. For both the master and the beginner, and anyone in between: The True key to this whole process is the connection to the Divine Light of what we call God. To the One Source of Creation, the One we all come from, That which cannot be named… This process is specifically in Holy Books for a reason. It is ultimately a Sacred Spiritual practice. It strengthens our spirit, and our connection to the Divine. Connecting with the Divine Light is the True simple most efficient way to raise the Sacred Oil back up to whence it came. Thus, if we simply sat in silence while feeling the pure Divine Love of God, there would be nothing else we need to do. And that’s the Truth. So always remember that’s the core of this whole practice. Whenever in doubt come back to that. This is truly the key aspect that blesses us with the greatest results. In this practice, and in any situation in life, at any moment.

The True Guru (Words of Wisdom from Nisargadatta)
“You need not search for the Guru. For when you are ready, the Guru will find you. The Guru is not one who gives you something, but one who takes away your ignorance. You learn from everything if alert. Your own self is your ultimate teacher. A True Guru will never enslave you, nor bind you, nor ask you to depend on them. In fact, the Guru's function is to make themself unnecessary. If you remain dependent on the Guru, you have misunderstood them. The True Guru does not demand obedience; they point the way and leave you free. The True Guru shatters your concepts; they do not build new ones. They are not concerned with your comfort but with your freedom. They remove the false so that the True may emerge. The Guru is ruthless with your ignorance and infinitely compassionate with your being. I am not a Guru; I am only telling you what I have realized. I do not teach; I only describe what I see. I have no disciples, only fellow travelers. Do not make a person into a Guru. Truth alone is the Guru. Grace is not something that the Guru gives; it is what happens when you are open. Grace is the absence of resistance. When the disciple is ready, the Guru is already there. The Guru's presence is grace. In that body, the 'I am' is ticking; that is the Guru, and that pure feeling, 'I am,' is the only True teacher. You worship that 'I am' principle and surrender to that Guru, and that Guru will give you all the grace. The Highest teaching is silence. The True Guru teaches without words. Silence is the language of reality. The habit of considering self as body has influenced everybody too much. Do not be attached to the body of the Guru. Attach yourself to what they point to. The Guru has no form, no name, no place. Traditions and Gurus come and go; Truth remains. The Guru is like a mirror: they reflect your True face. The Guru is only purest Consciousness, which is all-pervading, whose words will do their work wherever you hear or read them. You can come here and listen in person, or you can read them in a book.

Yes, and yes!
“The only thing that separates you from your Higher Self is your belief that you are separated.”
This is the best explanation of this whole process I’ve ever found in any format, be it book, article, lecture, video, anything. She’s actually experienced this process and knows all about it. It’s all audio, from when she was live, speaking right off the top of her head for over 2 hours, and she covers every single aspect of it so eloquently. She’s even saying hello to a neighbor in the beginning. And it builds the whole way through, explaining every part in her way. The last half of it builds and becomes so motivational for us all. She absolutely kills it. It’s my favorite sermon to listen to on fasting days. “The only thing that separates you from your Higher Self is your belief that you are separated.” https://youtu.be/rjsVkBooK58
