Three days. So many powerful voices. One very clear truth: Joy-led leadership is not about becoming a happier leader. It is about becoming a more whole, regulated, honest, connected, and courageous one. Across every session, we came back to the four pillars: Energy over endurance Regulation over urgency Integration over compartmentalization Community over competition This forum was not about fluffy joy or smiling harder. It was about building leadership that refuses to reward burnout and instead creates room for capacity, clarity, dignity, truth, connection, and sustainable power. Joy is not the reward. Joy is the infrastructure. And we are building this together.

I hope everybody gets to enjoy watching the forum that RacheL Bents has put together. There was a lot of awesome speakers on there a few from the joy project itself.
