Does anyone know the postive reply Templates that Lead Gen Jay or Nick saraev use?
Does anyone know the postive reply Templates that Lead Gen Jay or Nick saraev use I have been having trouble converting positve replies to meetings when i use a loom, a unique value mechanism and other methodologies i just want to get them into a call
What is the best way you guys get leads
How do you audit lead lists for ICP fit before sending? I used to rely on the Apify + Apollo workflow for pulling leads, but recently I tried a different Apify scraper and now I’m unsure about list quality. It looks fine on the surface, but I don’t want to find out it’s bad only after my deliverability takes a hit. Before you send, how do you actually audit a list to make sure: - It truly matches your ICP - The titles, industries, and company sizes are accurate - You’re not about to blast a low-quality or poorly targeted list Specifically: - What checks do you run on a fresh list before approving it for outreach? - Do you sample manually, run it through enrichment, score it, or all of the above? - Are there any quantitative benchmarks you use (bounce rate expectations, % title match, company size match, etc.)? I’m trying to build a proper pre-send QA process so I’m not learning the hard way after domains get burned. Would appreciate any real workflows or tools people use for this.

Do you reccomend i do that via an n8n automation to verify each lead like a make shift Clay or keep it manual
Im in Spam, Trying to Learn best tools and practices for real email warm-up and sender reputation?
I’m trying to figure out which tools actually build real sender reputation in the warm-up stage. Instantly’s warm-up feels weak — the results don’t last and Google seems to flag domains that all warm up in the same closed pool. What are the best tools right now for real, high-quality warm-up that actually builds trust with Gmail and Outlook? Also, what are the technical best practices for warming up properly and how do you know if it’s working? Like what metrics or signs show that your sender reputation is actually improving? Basically just trying to find what’s really working in 2025 for strong deliverability and long-term inbox placement. I don’t really trust Instantly’s inbox placement anymore — it kept showing 100% placement, but the campaigns only got around a 0.5% reply rate.

Yeah @Ryan Leo so I’m just figuring out that instantly warm up is kindve poop, my domains at least a subset of them are from instantly and I checked all the dkim, spf, DMARC records and blacklist lists, those were clean I think the issue is new domains, poop warmup from instantly.ai cause it’s automated and my sending patterns If that’s the case what would you reccomend for high quality warm up that’s not manual

@Shawn Hodgson I’ve been doing some research and sending patterns and volumes might have something to do with it (can someone please fact check me) like for example if you pause a campaign and wait the esp finds that as suspicious activity and scammer/spammer behavior vs a consistent expected amount schedule
How did you get your first client?
I’ve been thinking a lot about how to start from zero with lead generation . If you don’t already have an audience, how do you actually get people to sign up for your lead magnet or even notice your offer? Do you: - Start posting consistently on social media first? - Offer free value inside communities like this one? - Focus on social media content and inbound leads? - Start cold emailing or messaging prospects directly? - Offer free/discounted work to build a portfolio? - Or focus on outreach and cold DMs before building a following? - If using a lead magnet, how do you even get audience to claim it ? I’d love to hear what worked best for you — especially that first step that helped you get traction. What would you do differently if you had to start again today? šŸ‘‡
