Did three modules last night but the percentage of completion didn’t go up

Hey Team! Let's talk payments for a sec. Do you discuss payment options prior or at the time of completion? I've had an guest I spoke to about just paying by card on the square reader, then when the job was done the "man" of the house said to just send him a invoice and he would transfer. (Took him almost two weeks to pay it) What's your preferred method to avoid any awkwardness? *note I do mobile, I'm part time and don't have a dedicated garage or workspace.

I get nervous when it’s over $500 and they go communication silence or they say they are doing it immediately and then stop responding or answer calls I’ll be putting on my business page all balances must be paid on completion and invoice will be sent after hours once the day is done. ✅
How many details can you get done per day?

Our sales process is designed so a solo operator can handle leads by themselves — without having to answer phone calls all day, every day. It’s also designed to make the customer’s life easier too! Key Notes: 1. We still use these templates day in, day out with minor tweaks to suit each customer. 2. We only offer 1 service — just because a customer wants or needs something we don’t offer doesn’t mean you should feel pressured to do it for them. Keep things simple so it’s easier to grow. The more complex your service, the harder it is to scale. 3. This customer went from a $350 job to a $460 job with a sales message — not some 30-minute phone call! 4. Since you’re selling over messages and there’s no tone, you can’t rely on your voice to build rapport — so go above and beyond with your language: “My pleasure” “You’re very welcome” “Thank you so much” Use polite and warm language that builds trust — it makes a big difference! Keep it simple, polite, and scalable. You’ve got this! Let the messages do the work. ✍️📲
