- We only offer 1 service — just because a customer wants or needs something we don’t offer doesn’t mean you should feel pressured to do it for them. Keep things simple so it’s easier to grow. The more complex your service, the harder it is to scale.

- Since you’re selling over messages and there’s no tone, you can’t rely on your voice to build rapport — so go above and beyond with your language: “My pleasure” “You’re very welcome” “Thank you so much”
