✨ WEEKLY PROGRESS CHECK ✨
Growth doesn’t happen by accident — it happens through reflection, awareness, and small consistent choices. This week, take a few minutes to pause and check in with yourself. 💚 Not to judge. Not to strive for perfection. But to celebrate progress and recognize where God is helping you grow. 🌿 How did you care for your body this week?🌿 What choices made you feel stronger?🌿 Where did you see growth emotionally, spiritually, or mentally?🌿 What is ONE thing you want to improve next week? Remember:Healthy living is about more than the number on the scale. We’re building: ✔ stronger habits ✔ healthier minds ✔ deeper faith ✔ emotional resilience ✔ sustainable wellness Small steps really do create big change over time. Take a few moments to complete your Weekly Progress Check and celebrate how far you’ve already come. 🙌 Then share one win you had this week in the community.

My biggest win is only water. It’s been all that I’ve drank . I am use to two v8 energy every morning for years. I would drink 1 or two v8 fruit drinks through out the day.

Free time? Is there truly such a thing?
Suppose you had a totally free day, no obligations, and you had to stay home, how would you spend your day? Do I do something for myself or someone else? It's okay to do something for ourselves, we aren't used to thinking like that, are we?. I would probably spend part of my day in my sewing room and part of my day reading. What would you do with your free day?

Last night I had family over for dinner. They had beef enchiladas for dinner. I can’t eat beef because I have acid reflux. Normally if everyone eats what I can’t. I just wait and DoorDash after everyone leaves. Yesterday I wrestled with it do I DoorDash or not? My mind was focused on right and wrong. I ended up just fixing me a chicken sandwich. Win win thank you Jesus.

I’m on a journey, one God created for me. One day I’ll go home. The only thing I’m truly hoping for, is to hear my father say well done my daughter.
