Starting a group 24 years ago was one of the best decisions I ever made. God took me at my worst and put me in front of a group of women who felt the same way I did. God worked through us as we grew closer to Him and learned the truth about how we got to that place we found ourselves in, and how to get out of it. I have met the best, most genuine people over the years. They are my people!

Michigan…where the winters can be rough and the summers are beautiful!
A Win is a Win!!
I know I have asked this before but it is one of my favorite questions: What was your most recent non-scale victory? Sometimes we forget how important our wins are that don't involve the scale.

Actually the more I look, the more I see. A dear friend was able to get a liver transplant this week, she isn't a Christian, but, she asks for prayer. How cool is that? Something is stirring in her heart, not only will this transplant save her life on earth, but, I know God can do more.
Why the 'All or Nothing' diet mentality is sabotaging your Temple Care. 💛
We've all been there—you start the 21-Day Challenge strong, prepping all your FP4H meals, but by the weekend, one slip-up makes you abandon the whole routine. The guilt is exhausting. I used to cycle through this constantly until I stopped relying on sheer willpower and implemented 'The Frictionless Filter' into my daily habits. Instead of restricting everything, the filter automatically removes the high-stress decision-making around food and movement, allowing me to surrender the process to God without the overwhelming anxiety. It changed my entire wellness journey. What is the hardest part for you right now—staying consistent on the weekends, or celebrating the non-scale victories?

Mia, do you participate in the FP4H program? There is a lot of grace in the program, we are not called to be perfect. We want to put food in it's proper place in our life, the proper quantity of the best quality food. At a birthday party? Enjoy your piece of cake, it's ok. You are correct, celebrating non-scale victories are important, especially when we see those victories in others. I love pointing them out to someone.
